He went through each item and discussed the pros & cons of performing the maintenance during this service appointment. I appreciated his knowledge & frankness. The only negative was the 3 hour wait. I've found him to be truly caring and concerned, and honest in explaining what items needed to be corrected now or could wait. More over each time I visit Scott Clark the level of service is better than the last visit, these people really work as a team, each looking after each other, and in turn looking after me and my car. My next car will be bought from Scott Clark Toyota because of there service department. More

Very pleased with Archie Newton I went in for an airbag indicator light on the dash. Archie did a diagnostic test and could not determine the exact code. He turned off the light, did not charge me, and said that if it came back on, to give him a call. It's been two days and the light has not come back on. Spoke with Wes Rasmussen, Ass't Service Mgr... he was very knowledgeable regarding the recall; whereas I just stopped by to see about scheduling an appointment for the work that needed to be performed. Wes was very professional in his approach to explain the reason for the recall, and stated that the work could be accomplished while I waited for an hour, instead of scheduling an appointment and have to bring the vehicle back to the dealership at a future date. Needless to say, I opted to have the work done 'then & there'! In my opinion, Wes was the consummate professional in what would hope to experience with a Service Manager... he explained what needed to be done, and had the job done in the timeframe he said it would be done..... all with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor!
