It was the way he said those words that mattered, because it made me feel like he was going to take good care of me and my service needs. When the work was done he brought me the service invoice and handed me the $15.00 off coupon I had submitted during check-in. He said to use it on my next service visit because he had gotten me a 10 percent discount which came to $41.27 off my bill. That was diffidently a high point in my day, saving that much money when I only expected to save a third of that amount. The service did not disappoint either.
