This time I made my appointment on-line in just a few minutes. Upon arriving William Carroll greeted me in the usual professional and friendly manner I have always found at Scott Clark. We reviewed the services to be performed. Upon completion of the service William located me in the lounge and again we reviewed all the maintenance performed. Service that that put money in your pocket. When I arrived at the Service Department I was greeted before shutting off the engine. It was the way he said those words that mattered, because it made me feel like he was going to take good care of me and my service needs. When the work was done he brought me the service invoice and handed me the $15.00 off coupon I had submitted during check-in. He said to use it on my next service visit because he had gotten me a 10 percent discount which came to $41.27 off my bill. That was diffidently a high point in my day, saving that much money when I only expected to save a third of that amount. The service did not disappoint either.
