I always get the best service every time I get my quarterly maintenance done. As a matter of fact, I make sure I schedule my appointment when he is there. He is always polite and such a professional. Oil Change with no power I came in to Scott Clark for my oil change. They warned me at the beginning they were running behind and gave me a time estimate. While I was waiting, I came in to Scott Clark for my oil change. They warned me at the beginning they were running behind and gave me a time estimate. While I was waiting, the power went out. Shortly after, service managers started talking to individual people about the current state of their car and what options could be provided given the lack of power. (Some cars hadn't been started, some were stuck on lifts...). My car had not been started yet so I was informed that they did not have a time frame for getting power back so if I wanted to reschedule I could. I asked what times teyes had available for a specific day that I was available and they told me "ma'am, you pick a time and we will make sure you get service." Itragically the power came on right as I was standing to go to my car so they were able to take care of me. I overheard many people who's cars were stuck partway through the service process being offered rental cars on the dealership. Obviously, having the power go out is not ideal but Scott Clark Toyota went out of their way to ensure that all of us left that day satisfied with out service no matter what it took on their part. More
