Rattling Noise I came into the service center to have a rattling noise resolved. This was the second time I had to bring it in . The first time I was told that ther I came into the service center to have a rattling noise resolved. This was the second time I had to bring it in . The first time I was told that there was not a noise being made on my vehicle. The noise became worse, so I brought it back. It was determined that it was a corroded heat shield. At the time I paid for the part that would need to be ordered and I would need to bring the car back the following week to have the part installed. I was told the cost of the part, was $90 and that labor would be roughly $70. Well the labor ended up being $150 dollars. No one ever informed me that there was more work that needed to be done before the work started. More

90,000 service I had a couple of minor issues that needed repair i.e. TPMS light, + 90,000 mile service... All work was completed in a very satisfactory manner. I do have one issue - When I delivered vehicle for service, I was asked, if I wanted the vehicle washed? I responded, yes. That request was entered on the work order. After 3.5 hours of the vehicle being at the dealership I was notified that the vehicle was ready for pickup. Traveled to the dealership to secure the vehicle presuming that the vehicle had been washed, It had not been washed and I was informed that I could wait another 15 minutes for the vehicle. I was not a happy camper! I was informed that I needed to inform the dealership that I wanted the vehicle washed before I arrived. I stated, that the request was delineated on the work order! Oh, that's our policy. I informed the representative that they had a very assnine policy that needed to be changed. Left dealership without vehicle being washed!!! More

Attended to my maintenance and minor issues 20000 mile maintenance done well, I guess. My only indicator is that the tire pressure display is on and possibly correct.. OEM 2016 Camry navigation system sent me to a 8-9 year old location of Scott Clark Toyota. Navigation software update corrected this. OEM Pandora app failure was addressed with a software update as well. To date, 2 out of 3 uses have failed after update. Very friendly, courteous staff with lovely waiting accommodations. More tv's than a sports bar, all displaying Scott Clark Toyota commercials. Mini mall purchases added to personal my greeting card supply! More
