Solid I had a positive experience during my last visit, however on several occasions when I work with a new or unknown service rep, they recommend items whi I had a positive experience during my last visit, however on several occasions when I work with a new or unknown service rep, they recommend items which I do not need. For example tge time before last the rep suggested in emphatic terms that I should buy 4 new tires. I recieved second and third opinions from Firestone, and an inedpendent mechanic. They both stated that the tires were perfectly fine. This is just one example. More
