Service above and beyond! I had a 10AM appointment to have them look at my GPS. I dropped the car off at app 6:30 AM so I could start work on time. Billy Carroll greeted me a I had a 10AM appointment to have them look at my GPS. I dropped the car off at app 6:30 AM so I could start work on time. Billy Carroll greeted me and listened to my concerns and made sure he had a good phone # for contact. He immediately notified the courtesy driver I would need a lift and I went in to have a seat and enjoy a good cup of coffee. I had a very short wait time before a really nice gentleman came in to get me and I was home in no time and, surprise, he said he would be glad to come get me when my car was ready. I received a call at 9:15AM stating the car was ready. They just needed to do a little tweek (got to expect it with all the electronics we have). Billy had already contacted the courtesy driver to come get me - and told me the driver would call when he left (which he did). My car was waiting out front and it was clean as a whistle - apparently they washed the on top of all the other services. It just doesn't get much better folks!! More

He was also very helpful with questions regarding Toyota care and had my car done in the slotted time. The waiting room is very nice with free WiFi and coffee which is nice. I was able to get a lot of work done while I waited for my car to be finished. Can't say enough good things More
