The service technician went over what would be done and let me know what should be done, if not now My granddaughter and I took my van in for service. This was helpful since I would rather save time by having these things done while I was there. It was lunchtime and since getting everything done was going to take about 2 hours, our technician asked if we would like the dealerships complimentary shuttle to take us to a restaurant while we waited.
