Good Service centre I went for the first complimentary service with Scott Toyota, there would be nothing much to do with the car except for the tire rotation. I would suggest the service agent should be positive trying to explain or understand the experience of the first 6 month drive of the new car. The complimentary car wash is a disaster, first time car wash didn't clean up my car and I requested for a second time which did not improve, even the font hood and the wheels are not cleaned. The service agent is not worried about that, delivering a dusty car after car wash. More

This time I felt it was unfair when the auto mechanic looked at the engine filter and the air cabi I have bought vehicles at Scott Clark for 23 years. This time I felt it was unfair when the auto mechanic looked at the engine filter and the air cabin filter I’d I need to be changed but I got charged $46.94 for labor when I did not get anything replaced that is a rip off to the customer. I felt terry was excellent I liked the way he did not rush me into any decision and he was very patient. More

This past week, the satellite radio failed--I kept getting the message--"check antenna". I made an appointment and service diagnosed the problem. They said the software was not up to date. They downloaded the correct software and 2 days out the radio has worked fine. I asked service when the software upgrade came out. They could or would not answer this question. So my question is--what is the exact date that this software upgrade was issued? this should be easy to answer and I would like the answer furnished to me. More
