Service failure on 2018 Camry SE transmission, with no offer to fix the damage that occurred while they had it. This occurred early January 2025, I had used Scott Clark for routine service for years, but offer to fix the damage that occurred while they had it. This occurred early January 2025, I had used Scott Clark for routine service for years, but it is not the same Service Center. I asked for the upgrade on the transmission control module since we were considering letting our Granddaughter use the vehicle. The upgrade was performed and the next day it would not climb the small hill at my daughter’s house. When returned to correct the problem, it was kept all day and nothing changed, nor was there an offer to do anything. I had it towed to Cabarrus Imports and it cost almost $5,000 to fix the issue that occurred while it was at Scott Clark. I doubt if I will ever use this dealership again. More

Every time my vehicle is serviced, I have to get someone to address something. Glove box is never put back correctly after cabin air filter is checked. Sometime the tire air caps are missing.
