This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a Toyota dealership. I have purchased over 14 Brand new Toyota Tacoma’s in the past, and never had a bad experience. As soon as I walked in the, I rece Toyota dealership. I have purchased over 14 Brand new Toyota Tacoma’s in the past, and never had a bad experience. As soon as I walked in the, I received dirty looks from two staff members and I was rushed to make a decision. Toyota’s bank is not Veteran friendly as I was asked to provide my DD214 in order to receive military discount. I sent them all sorts of proof that I am a Navy Veteran, including DOD ID card. They refused the card and DOD letter proving my service. The sales consultant and finance guy are good people and were very helpful. More

Arrived home with the truck, and noticed the antenna for the radio was missing, plug in the bed was not there. No bracket for front license plate.
