This was my second visit and the work was completed properly. However, I had to wait 5 hours to get an oil change and state inspection even though I had an appointment. I was warned that they were runn properly. However, I had to wait 5 hours to get an oil change and state inspection even though I had an appointment. I was warned that they were running behind when I arrived but I was not kept updated on progress. In my opinion this entirely to long. More

There was 1 girl there trying to get things done it was hilarious guys wiping down there desk 4 people standing around a computer 2 guys talking and laughing I should have videoed this three customers just standing looking around with appointments one said she was never coming back More
