I would recommend this dealership with a warning to closely check paperwork, expecially the "we owe you" form. I agreed to buy a Tundra if the transfer of my stereo (consisting of receiver with cassett closely check paperwork, expecially the "we owe you" form. I agreed to buy a Tundra if the transfer of my stereo (consisting of receiver with cassette player, 12 disk CD changer, 4 speakers, amp and subwoofer) were covered by the dealer. I even told the sales manager (Mr. Abernathy) I was willing to keep the radio/CD player already in the truck as long as the amp and subwoofer were transferred. The hand-written "we owe you" signed during the sales nagotation stated stereo, as did the writing "hold for stereo swap" on the windshield of my trade-in. As I failed to notice, the typed "we owe you" form stated radio swap, not stereo (which ended up costing about $730.00). Freeman's Car Stereo did the work, and when they called for a P.O., were told by the dealer they would not pay it. When I talked to Mr. Abernathy about it, he became angry and belligerent with me and told me they agreed to swap the radio only and I could bring the truck back. At that point I had not noticed that typed "we owe you" form stated radio, not stereo. I was going to take the truck back until the financial consultant (Matt Hoffman) got invloved and had $500.00 authorized. I opted not to take the box the supwoofer was mounted in and kept the old box, so the price dropped $50.00. I still had to pay about $170.00 to get the truck. Mike Delanty and Matt Hoffman were great and very helpful. I will never deal with Mr. Abernathy again, and will not buy from Scott Clark again because of him. More

I had a great experience with Scott Clark Toyota. Mark O'Malley was really helpful with showing me all the features of the 2010 Corolla S. We went on two test drives (standard and auto) which helped me narrow my choice to the auto. I was not aware of the Cash for Clunkers program but Mark and his sales manager walked me through it. After several days of researching the program as well as the Corolla S, I felt I got a good deal. Toyota financing surprisingly beat my credit union rate by .30%. My only regret is that I opted for the maintenance plan + the 7-year/70,000 extended warranty. It may turn out to be the right decision but if I had the chance to do it all over again, I probably would have passed on it. No one tricked me into getting it but they did sell it pretty aggressively. I've been told I can cancel it at anytime but I'll likely just keep it. After all, my payment is only $288/mo. and that was with a zero down payment. The facility is top notch. Everything from the showroom to the deck where all the cars were was stellar. It's evident that it's a high volume dealer but I didn't look at that as a negative. I rather liked the energy of the place. I would definitely buy from Scott Clark again and have no problem recommending them to friends and family. More

I bought a 2010 Prius over the phone, no high pressure, no bait and switch, car was received at dealership a week early and in my hands within a week of my first call. I went in the dealership to look for a new camry. I was immediately greated by Mike Black and was very impressed. It took me up the elevator to the parking deck of camry's. When we negoitated the price, Jim Cline(general sales manager) came over and gave me the financing options and I was amazed. He did not want to waste my time and did everything to make me feel wanted and appreciated. I will definitely go back and purchase another vehicle and tell all my friends and family. More
Ben, and everyone at Scott Clark's Toyota Scion are so great. They make buying a car so easy. They are laid back, easy to talk to, easy to be comfortable with. Our overall visit for our new Prius was awesome. Everyone who helped us was so nice. Down to the girl who helped show me how to use the car. She is a techie genius. In the last two days I have grown used to driving it and find it just like any car. Fast, easy to park, easy to back up in. Just everything even setting up the Satellite Radio and Map operation to setting stations, putting CD's in. Everything is user friendly. I love everything abou the car. I cannot think of one thing I am unhappy with. The 50 MPG is my biggest gain. All of the driving I have done and my fuel level has not moved yet from full. That is the greatest for me. I used to watch my fuel level go down in my Odyssey Van. Even though it was a great car too, the gas mileage was only about 20MPG. Thank you for everything and now I also have the warranty on my car forever. That too is worth the small price I had to add to my payment. Just knowing I can always get anything looked at or taken care is a real relief for me. Keep up your great customer service. It made my visit so much more than I ever imagined. I believe the finance man's name was Carlos, but not sure. He was very proficient at his job. I was impressed as I was an accountant for 34 years before retiring and he really knew what he was doing and also very knowledgeable about the warranty decisions etc. Thanks Scott Clark Toyota for everything. In going to Scott Clark I immediately felt at ease and trusted RG and Marty who discussed my options with me. I received my new car in less than a week. It was detailed beautifully and sitting there waiting for me to pick it up. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful The dealership itself is beautiful. I felt I was dealing with people who were classy and ran a professional and classy business. I would recommend RG, Peter, and the dealership to anyone. More
