Throughout the process I was treated with courtesy, professionalism and never felt that I was being pushed or led into purchasing something that I did not want.I never once felt I was having to "play the car buying game". It was a pleasant experience, certainly a nice surprise. David kept his word when I asked that we keep it simple and straight-forward........an attitude that extended through the entire purchase process with each of the other persons I dealt with. These folks obviously know their product, feel very comfortable with it and, as a result, don't have to be deceptive or expansive. I have not had the new vehicle in for service yet but I anticipate that process will be equally professional and satisfactory. It appears that this dealership not only peddles "customer service" but also delivers it. I will not hesitate to recommend it. More

My husband and I visited this dealership after seeing several commercials on TV and from hearing recommendations from people who said they were great. We are faithful Toyota drivers and wanted a great, non-pushy experience. We found that at SC Toyota. We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by Mr. Tony Byrd, our salesman. He was very honest with us and showed us exactly what we asked for. He worked with us and got us in a 2010 Toyota Camry at a VERY decent and resonable price. The financing part which most people dread was very easy and very quick. Mr. Byrd has been in touch with us since we purchased the car on 8/3 via email and phone calls. Most salesman will sell you a vehicle and then you never hear from them again. This experience has been quite the opposite. I have also had my 02 Camry serviced by their department and they have done a wonderful job! The quality of the work is great and it lasts. Overall I would recommend my friends and family to this dealership. It was the easiest buying experience and when we decide to purchase again, we'll go here! More

Being a lady and senior citizen - I had lots of questions, all of which he answered with the utmost confidence, patience and professionalism. I could not have asked for more. Steven Pecha was instrumental in my purchasing this vehicle. I had narrowed it down to three choices - because he was familiar with me and had assisted me in past years with several transactions - his guidance helped me make an informed decision. He explained the pros and cons of each of my choices and then we made a decision. These two employees are the height of professionalism and an essential asset to Scott Clark's Toyota. Their style is very unique - they are not pushy and agressive - but very personal, curteous, informative and extremely professional.
