We were only out looking at automobiles when we drove into Scott Clark's toyota. As we were walking around we saw Mark and he offered any assistance we might need. Normally we dont stay long at a dealership when the salesman attack you, but Mark never did. Mark took his time showing and explaining the truck to us and answering any questions we might have. Mark's patience,kindness, and knowledge impressed us so much we left the dealership in a 2010 Toyota Tundra. Working with Mark was definitely a nice experience and we would highly recommend (and have already recommended) our family and friends to go see Mark at Scott Clark's Toyota if they are in the market for an automobile. Mark has definitely raised the bar for us as to how a GREAT salesman should be. Fortunately for us Mark had covered the truck inside and out so well, that when the young girl tried to explain the truck we knew more than she did. Larry Ellis was great helping us to get through the dreaded signing of all the papers. He was thorough and efficient and quick. He is very knowledgable and gave us some tips to help us in the future with finances. Thanks Larry for the finance lesson! Scott Clark's Toyota should be proud of these 2 outstanding employees that they have. I hope when we come back for the services on the truck the service department can be as pleasant of an experience as ours was with Mark and Larry. More

I was very pleased with my visit to Scott Clark Toyota. The night before I bought from them, my wife and I were poised to buy a Sienna from Lake Norman Toyota and had everything pre-arraned with the intern The night before I bought from them, my wife and I were poised to buy a Sienna from Lake Norman Toyota and had everything pre-arraned with the internet salesperson. But when we arrived we had to work with the normal sales guy and he tried to pull the usual car salesman tricks, so we left. We had to drive farther to go to Scott Clark, but I found out that they had a much larger inventory selection and I was able to get a great deal with RG Gunderson before driving down. When we got there we were very pleased with every aspect of service and price. RG Gunderson was my salesperson and he was very friendly, efficient and true to his word. I will recommend Scott Clark Toyota to my friends, even though it is a 2 hour drive for me. More
It was the first time any dealer was willing to get us in the car we wanted and into a price range that we can afford without trying to put us into a different model car. All aspects of my experience buying a new scion and a used camry for my daughter were good. Allen was great to work with. We arrived at Scott Clark's at 1:30, looked at cars, test drove 2 vehicles, and then began the serious business of purchasing 2 vehicles. Once decisions were made, we then waited several hours to get the financing and paperwork completed. We were told that it was the first day of the clunkers deal, and understanbly they were busy. We were also told that several of the finance people were on vacation, therefore the wait. Whatever the reason, we did wait a long time to complete our deals. I arrived at 1:30, and got home at 10:00pm. During this time I did nothing other than this car deal. Suggestion- make sure if it is a busy day, you schedule sufficient workers, not just salesmen. Again, I did have a good experience and have reccomended Scott Clark's to others. More
I was dreading the long drawn out process of buying a new car, but these guys made it fairly quick and painless. Everyone I came in contact with at the dealership was friendly. Roy was very knowledgeable and helpful- I had driven several other brands of cars at other dealerships in town and he was the most knowledgeable of any salesperson I dealt with. I liked that they had someone go through the car with you to make sure you knew how to use all of the features (and even the basics) before you drive the care off the lot. I had leather seats installed and they handled that in a very timely fashion. Thanks! More
It started out as the most horrible experience ever with the original salesman (Ryan Ford) lying to me to get me to the dealership. Then he didn't have time to meet with me. The salespeople spent a long time with us (over 5 hours) and helped us understand the difference between models. We also were encouraged to drive a hybrid to understand the difference in the ride. Tim Nowell was very knowledgeable about the models we were looking at and the competition. He was able to answer all our questions. Jimmy Cline was helpful in constructing the deal and explaining the models, also. The finance managers were good at explaining the various options and agreeing on a rate. Jessica was absolutely terrific in explaining all the features of the SUV and in fact, spent an extra day with us going over the technology. A very good experience which makes us love our Highlander even more. More
