Everyone associated with the dealership was professional and friendly. The salesman Mr. Santoro and the finance person Mr. Moreno were a delight to deal with. Also, the fact they use Edmunds tells me they realize people do their research prior to car buying so they do not come at it from an angle that potential buyers are uneducated about what they are doing. At first, we were a little skeptical about makiing a deal this large on line without even seeing the truck, but everything went very smoothly and we are both pleased with the transaction. Over the years, we have purchased several vehicles and have never had such a pleasant experience. The short amount of time involved in waiting, signing papers, etc. was absolutely incredible. But the best part of the entire process was having such nice, courteous, caring people like you, David, Devon and Peter taking care of everything. It was truly a wonderful thing to meet such friendly people. You all made us feel that we were the only ones you had to take care of that afternoon and that you had nothing more important to do. I had previously submittted a negative review of this dealership after a very difficulty encounter with the servive department of Scott Clark Toyota and I must say I was very surprised when I noticed tha dealership after a very difficulty encounter with the servive department of Scott Clark Toyota and I must say I was very surprised when I noticed that the Managing Partner actually took the time to not only read, but to respond to my commments here on Dealer Rater. Amazing still is how quick he responded, it was only about 40 minutes. That is obviously someone who cares what people think about his place of business and its reputation. After speaking with Mr. Cady and explaining my encounter at his dealership, he came up with an acceptable resolution to the issues I had and immediately rectified the situation as best he could. He also assured me that he was using my particular encounter and how I felt about it as a training tool to improve his overall customer service at his company. He knows he cannot please everyone, however he believes everyone does matter and deserves a chance to be heard. This is not an unapproachable Managing Partner, he wants and invites a relationship wiht his customers. He has given me hope that business/individual ethics are not dead in the world yet. I have nothing but respect for someone like that and for that reason alone I will recommend this dealer to others as long as Mr. Cady continues to take this type of stance. More
It was the last day of Cash for Clunkers. Considering this fact we we're given excellent service that day. My wife and I purchashed a 2010 Camry on 8/15 and a 2009 Tacoma on 8/22. We were extremely please with the customer service we received from Allen Horton, Tony Lowder, and Marty. This is the first dealership that we have purchased a vehicle from that we did not feel pressured to buy anything. We feel that there has even been a friendship established. I do not recall the delivery staffs names we were served by, but they were equally as friendly and professional as the other staff. Allen Horton, even sent follow up e-mails on both of our vehicles and has called me to make sure all was well. This is customer service beyond anything I ever expected. My wife had to take the Camry to the service department for a noise coming from the front while making a turn. She made an appointment for 1:00pm. The service department was prompt and corrected the problem. The service manager that served my wife even spoke to me on the phone as he was checking the vehicle in. Over all, we are very satisfied with Scott Clarks and will purchase from this dealership again if the need arises in the future. More
