My husband and I visited this dealership after seeing several commercials on TV and from hearing recommendations from people who said they were great. We are faithful Toyota drivers and wanted a great, non-pushy experience. We found that at SC Toyota. We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by Mr. Tony Byrd, our salesman. He was very honest with us and showed us exactly what we asked for. He worked with us and got us in a 2010 Toyota Camry at a VERY decent and resonable price. The financing part which most people dread was very easy and very quick. Mr. Byrd has been in touch with us since we purchased the car on 8/3 via email and phone calls. Most salesman will sell you a vehicle and then you never hear from them again. This experience has been quite the opposite. I have also had my 02 Camry serviced by their department and they have done a wonderful job! The quality of the work is great and it lasts. Overall I would recommend my friends and family to this dealership. It was the easiest buying experience and when we decide to purchase again, we'll go here! More
I have shopped with Scott Clark since 1993 - but this was by far the easiest and best experience I have ever had. Being a lady and senior citizen - I had lots of questions, all of which he answered with the utmost confidence, patience and professionalism. I could not have asked for more. Steven Pecha was instrumental in my purchasing this vehicle. I had narrowed it down to three choices - because he was familiar with me and had assisted me in past years with several transactions - his guidance helped me make an informed decision. He explained the pros and cons of each of my choices and then we made a decision. These two employees are the height of professionalism and an essential asset to Scott Clark's Toyota. Their style is very unique - they are not pushy and agressive - but very personal, curteous, informative and extremely professional. Great sales customer service. Purchased from out of state and treveled 6 hours to make purchase. Worked out details of transaction through e-mail and several phone calls to answer my questions. I dropped in on Ben one day and expressed interest in a Prius. He allowed a test drive and took a great deal of time explaining the car to me, even though my son, and not my husband, was with me. When I was finally able to get my husband involved, there were no new cars available for sale, but Ben took the time to tell my husband all about the car and let us see one that was spoken for. Ben called us the minute he had one we could drive, and went throught the entire test drive process again. We wanted a different color, so Ben ordered one for us, and yes, when it came in, he gave us another test drive and, again, explained the car to us. He was very good about keeping us informed and treating us as if we were his only, and favorite, customers, even though we were visiting in the middle of clunker madness and I'm sure he was very busy. Everyone at the dealorship was friendly, and no one was pushy. We are looking forward to using the dealorship for all of our service needs. Pat Hunter More

My wife and I had been looking since March for a new vehicle. Since we live in a smaller town, we decided to drive to Charlotte in order to have a better variety of cars to consider. I can't imagine a dealership having a greater variety than Scott Clark's Toyota. The first salesman with whom we spoke was Roy Hamilton. Since we were interested in the Highlander, he took us to the top level of their parking garage where we saw an amazing selection of vehicles. We weren't ready to make an immediate decision that day, and Roy put no pressure on us, giving us a price on the vehicle and thanking us for coming in. When we called ahead to let Roy know we were coming back in, it happened to be his day off. He hand-picked Curtis Lanier to work with us in finalizing the sale. Like Roy, Curtis was extremely patient and kind to make sure all of our questions were answered. Even though we bought our vehicle during the busy "Cash for Clunkers" sale, Roy and Curtis made us feel like we were the only customers on the lot. Our entire experience with the Scott Clark's family was an extremely positive one. More
