After my service was completed which was in the time range I was told, I Had the pleasure to meet Melissa who is such a friendly girl with a pretty smile. She was very helpful in explaining the services and pricing details of the bill. While paying for my bill Michael took to the time to say hello,and make sure I had no further questions. It's great to have my truck serviced knowing what I had done and working with such a friendly group of honest employees. More
From the call to make an appt to the speed of service, I have been very pleased with the personal and professional attitude each member of the service group exhibits. My 2007 Camry has had only one problem having to do with the stereo- occasionally sound goes out when switching to an AM channel (resolved each time by turning unit off/on). The dealership continues to troubleshoot this issue and are replacing parts until the right solution is found. More

I have bought 3 cars from Scott Clark and use them for servicing my car. I used to work with a service man named Jason who is no longer there, and he was very good. I can't say enough about him. He is always ready to help me and most courteous. He answers my questions and tries his best to advise me as to the most needed service at the time. I have 2005 Camry and he has helped me keep it in great shape. I would not go to any other dealership to buy a Toyota or to service my car. I spoke with John Rotalsky over the phone and told him what I was interested in and that I was very hesitant and nervous about going through the car buying experience. When I finally went in, John had my vehicle ready (even the color) and Ray Cockerham had the financing taken care of. I mean they were on top of everything. Even with all they had done, I was still nervous (personal thing) but John and Ray were extremely patient with me. I have my Highlander and loving it. I have already recommended John and Ray to others and will continue to do so. They have THE MOST COMFORTABLE waiting area that I have ever been in and on certain days you can even get a manicure while you wait! (My sister-in-law in New York is sooo jealous of this!! She always says "Only in the south can you get a manicure at your car dealership!") I love it!! Don't hesitate to go there for any car need!! Buy your car there, get it serviced there... Ever since I purchased my Highlander from Scott Clark Toyota I have had Pete Acree as my service advisor. He is a perfect example of why they are called advisors. My Toyota has not had any service problems so the only reason I go in for service is routine maintenance. Pete always takes time to explain what is scheduled and why it should be done. He always has a smile on his face. He is one of the most courteous and friendly people I have ever worked with in a car dealership. I trust Pete to tell me what is best for my vehicle. When I needed to purchase tires I didn't even think about going to a discount dealer or try to buy them from a wholesale club. I called Pete and he helped me make the best choice for my tires. He also explained the advantage of having nitrogen filled tires. After he explained it I understood the advantage. I love the new facility. While waiting to have my car serviced I can choose from one of many waiting areas. I love the quiet fireplace room and each waiting room has a television. The play room for the children is great and they have their own TV as well. They can play inside while the parent sits outside but still has a clear view to watch them carefully. I like the privacy of the business center. You can work on your laptop and not feel everyone is looking over your shoulder. I highly recommend Scott Clark Toyota for sales and service. More

My husband, had done all the leg work for himself, not to waste his or anyone's time, quickly found a black new Rav. Our salesman, Mario, very efficient, professional, and courteous. Took the new car home, by Friday, noticed oil leaking, by Saturday had it at the Hunterville dealership, closest to our house. We were given a rental, while they searched for the problem. As you can imagine, we were concerned about anything beyond a loose oil filter, their determination, a possible rear seal pinhole in a gasket. The end result. Jimmy, the GM, our salesman Mario, could not have been better, really. No stress, all they wanted was our satisfaction, and that we got, a new car, perfect, Rich loves it, we have owned many Toyota's, I think they're the best, and the men at your dealership, great, thanks so much for your quick attention, I/we would highly recommend your place of business......
