Great experience from start to finish. Steve was very knowledgeable about the models and selection that Toyota offers. We decided on the Camery and we are happy with the decision we made. After deciding on the Camery, we went back into the dealership and the purchase experience was also without stress or pressure. RG Gunderson was pleasantly persistent in offering his help to make our desire to buy a 2010 RAV4 a reality. Even though I had committed to buy a car from Rice Toyota - RG vowed to match their price and o help to make our desire to buy a 2010 RAV4 a reality. Even though I had committed to buy a car from Rice Toyota - RG vowed to match their price and offer a Lifetime Warranty. I kept RG on the back burner until Rice completely fouled up the entire deal that was agreed upon by both parties. I quickly contacted RG and the ball was rolling. Exactly one week later I was driving the new car home from Matthews, NC. RG was always a gentlemen and treated me like an intelligent customer. His friendliness plus integrity was a breath of fresh air. I will recommend RG to anyone that I know that may be in market for a new car of any make but will definitely recommend him to someone that is looking for the best deal in a Toyota. The experience that I had with Rice Toyota was so depressing and then to have that all swept away with the great transaction at Scott Clark has caused me to drive through Rice Toyota parking lot in the new RAV4 from Scott Clark's looking for potential customers to steer toward Matthews, NC. I'd recommend the dealership to people because of the knowledge and courtesy of the Staff. Our salesman tried his best to get us into the 2010 Corolla LE we were wanting and succeeded with an acceptable knowledge and courtesy of the Staff. This is my second toyota from Scott Clark's and will not be my last. Our salesman made sure were comfortable with everything and was never pushy. There's also a fantastic waiting area unlike any other. There's a cafe, private rooms with TV's as well as plenty of seating and TVs for waiting. More
This was my second vehicle I purchased from Scott Clark's Toyota Scion. I was very pleased with the service I recieved from RG Gunderson. I had the vehicle servied and Mr. Gunderson made sure that my needs were taken care. The Service Department completed the required work in a timely manner and it was done professionally. The Service Department Staff were very attentive to my questions and were comitted to providing the best service possible. The main reason why I would recommend this dealer to my friends and co-workers is the level of service, warrenty on the vehicles and the no pressure buying experience! Mr. Gunderson was upfront and honest in what he could offer me in my price range. This sales policy save alot of time for me and the dealership. This past weekend, my wife and I bought a 2010 Toyota Prius. I had did my internet research and contacted RG with the specifics of the car we wanted. He advised me of what cars were currently on the pr Prius. I had did my internet research and contacted RG with the specifics of the car we wanted. Even though he did not have exactly what I was looking for, he did ask many questions, and then informed me that he had a model that with adding on to it would be what we were looking for ( plus being able to save some money). Once he told me that he had the car on the lot, I told him that we would come in the morning and purchase the car. Our appointment was schedule and RG was punctual for our meeting. Since we had already talked and knew what to bring in, the closing of the car was fairly simple. All in all, I would give the sales portion a 9.9 (I do have to deduct .1 for the cold "matzoh" pizza which was offered (and eaten). We then moved over to finance and "Chicago" Ray. Ray was very courteous and very effecient. Ray was very professional and again asked questions about my financing options. We completed the deal and signed all of the necessary paperwork. The support ladies were very informative about all of the different nuances of the hybrid automobile and educating both myself and my wife. "Those eyes". Overall this was the most hassle free new car purchase that we have ever made. The staff even arrange to have my vehicle detailed when we dropped off the check. More

We currently own 4 toyotas and are pleased with them all.Our dealings with the sales department has always been enjoyable and very easy.As great as the sales department is however,with 4 toyotas, I spend alot of time in the service dept. and I can't say enough great things about these folks!I actually enjoy coming in for service as these guys are all so nice and willing to help. My "go to guy" in the service dept is PETE ACREE.Pete has gone out of his way to make certain that my service experience is always perfect .I've dealt with Pete to a point that I have complete trust in what he tells me I need to keep my cars in top notch shape. When I send my kids to get their toyotas serviced,They know to always ask for Pete as I know Pete will take good care of them. This level of service has truely spoiled us to where I just don't think about going anywhere else. Mark Beeker(service manager)has always had fine staff in the service dept. and Pete Acree in the icing on the cake, THANKS GUYS More

There was no pressure only helpful assistence. Peter Moreno was very personalble and walked us through each step of the purchasing process. He explained many options and we picked the one that fit us the best. He also shared some personal experience since he is himself a 4-runner owner. The warranty policies offered are very affordable an well descriptive and it was easy to find one to meet our needs. Over all our past and present experience with Scott Clark and the employees there from the service dept. to sales and finance has been a positive one and I'm sure we will return. More
