Unlike another dealership, this one was more eager to spend time with us to explain the different features and show us different styles. They finally came around to providing that documentation. Dealership had many models of the Tacoma in stock which made comparison and shopping easier. Overall experience was excellent - the dealer really went all the way to get us the car we were looking for. It took them two months to get it given how small the Sienna 2011 Ltd production is, but they got all the way to get us the car we were looking for. It took them two months to get it given how small the Sienna 2011 Ltd production is, but they got it. Small error made at the last minute where van was missing one package, which we didn't want but the dealer thought the van needed to have it, and nobody noticed the van didn't have the package until we'd closed the deal and taken delivery. The dealer's sales staff was very prompt in fixing the mistake, and adjusting all the paperwork appropriately for signing again. Aside from an initial visit, the rest of the process was all handled via email and phone (my preference) - we only physically went to the dealer twice - once to see the van, and two months later to take delivery. More
Scott Clark Toyota operates like a well-oiled machine. My salesperson was very friendly and accommodating. RG dedicated his total time and attention to our search for a new vehicle. After chatting, listening and looking at some Sienna's RG zeroed in on exactly what we wanted without trying to get us in to debt beyond our means. I recommend RG to anyone looking for a Toyota. We never felt disrespected or ignored. My only complaint, if any, is that I don't like "playing the game." I would rather get straight to the bottom line without the competitive bantering.
