The reason for the wonderful rating is because Tony was an excellent salesman. He went above and beyond to get me in my new car. He was very friendly and made my feel comfortable. I had been to two other car dealerships and they all said they could get me in a new car around the monthly payments that I needed. This was not the case at those two dealerships. I am glad that I stopped by this dealership because the service that I received far exceeded my expectations. Todd was also very friendly and provided great information regarding the additional options available. He stressed the importance of having gap insurance and explained that option in great detail. I went into the dealership just looking and wasn't really looking to buy for another few months. Roy came out and greeted me and was very kind and considerate and then he took me inside to get a brosure on t looking to buy for another few months. Marty asked me if I really liked the truck and I said yes. Then he asked me if I had 15 minutes to spare and I said yes. In about 12 minutes they came back to me with a deal I could not refuse. No haggling, just an outstanding deal right up front I couldn't believe it. I have to say that I have purchased a few cars in my life but these guys are the best. My wife and I moved to North Carolina in 2008 and I have never owned a toyota before but you can bet Scott Clark will take care of Martin & Pamela Craddock from now on. It was the best car buying experience ever! More

I suggest they work with the reception desk folks, who did not seem to have the same commitment our needs, not just trying to sell us what they had. Most of these experiences did not turn out to well, until I went to Scott Clark's Toyota in Charlotte,N.C. No other dealership has treated me and my wife more nicely. Mr. Robbie Cook was the first salesman that took great care of us in showing us the Toyota Highlander Limited in all respects, and taking us for a ride and drive. Later on, Mr. Marty Abernathhy was called in on the negotiations of making the trade. We three finally came to a satisfactory deal with both parties.On December 23,2009 I took possession of a 2010 Toyota Highlander Limited. Before I drove off the lot, Mr. Cook,Mr.Abernathy and another gentleman all showed me and my wife how all of the buttons,whistles and gadgets operated. That took almost an hour, and all of them were real patient, in working with us. To those of you that are seeking to trade or buy a new vehicle, I highly recommend Scott Clark in Charlotte.
