Both of these gentlemen were extremely respectful and very friendly. Jose was very patient with explaining my payment options and was very knowledgeable about the car. Robby was extremely friendly and very generous with his offer on my trade in. Without these fellows, there would be no way I would have driven off that lot with a new car. I also want to give kudos to Michelle Gustafson, the finance manager, she was very friendly as well and made signing the paperwork very relaxed and enjoyable. She definitely knows her financial stuff and was patient enough to go over areas that I did not understand. I was thankful that she was the one who took care of me. This is the place to go if you are in the market for a vehicle. I've also witnessed the pleasant interactions the service department has with their customers and the quality of work done. This area of the dealership gets high marks from me as well. You would be foolish to go anywhere else! More
We bought a 2011 Toyota Sienna from Scott Clark's which is the second car we have purchased from them in 2 1/2 years. We got a fair deal and had a great experience with the sales staff. He was very knowledgable regarding the product, pleasant in his demeanor (never pushy - and that's a MUST when selling something to me)and patient. Never did I or my family feel that we were taking up too much of his time - very classy! Kristen White was also very knowledgable - gave brief descriptions but no hard-selling. Justin Mannin Finance took the time to go over all the details on the financial side and when we needed clarification, walked us methodically through the steps - very important when a customer is spending thousands of $. Sarah gave special attention to making sure the Tundra was just right for the drive away - very pleasant. Met Robby the Sales Manager just briefly but gave the important impression that our business was important and that it would be team effort. I've purchased a Camry from Scott Clark's Toyota 3 years ago and can say that quantum improvements have been made in the entire sales experience. EXCELLENT! More

With an expanding family, we have bought two cars from Scott Clark's in two years. The staff is friendly and is great at communication. Steve Carlton went out of his way to find us the exact car we were looking for and to keep us posted on its status prior to arrival. We did all the negotiations over the phone/email and it was a quick process. The only drawback to our entire experience was "checking out" - despite paying in cash and writing our check within a few minutes of arriving at the dealership, we were there for over two hours as they tried to "upsell" us on different products/services (we had to wait for the different "upsell" people to have time for us before we could get our keys!). Also, it didn't feel like our car had been cleaned up and looked over prior to handing it over - we had to wipe a few things down - chalk and marks in the car, glue on the door, etc - and there was an issue w/the molding around the window that needs to be fixed. We weren't able to wait that day so we have to go back to have it fixed later. We also use Scott Clark's for all service. Two drawbacks: the dealership is pretty far from the main part of our city, so it's a hike to get out there. Also, they are very busy and slow on Saturdays, which is a drawback if you work during the week. But, they do have free coffee, donuts, hot dogs, popcorn, drinks, etc on Saturdays which is nice! More

My latest purchase was a real test for the staff: After helping me get through the necessary paperwork and details of my Tundra, I locked the keys in the Toyota I drove to the dealership. That would not have been so bad if I were trading it in- which I was not. Lucky for me a Stallings Police Officer was at the dealership during the same time. He informed me while getting me into my vehicle he himself had bought two cars from Scott Clark. Thanks to all at Scott Clark's Toyota, but especially Mike Black, Travis Wilson and Devin, (sorry I forgot your last name), and a special thank you to the Stallings Police Officer who got me out of a very embarassing situation. I put them through the ringer & they were all good sports, composed, and intent to help. The Costco got me in the door. Another dealer seemed to have a better deal for me... oh well. I have to credit that to the leadership example that Mr. Cady has obviously tried to instill in his team. By the way that my wife and I were treated during our recent purchase experience, I have to say that the majority of his staff has tried to follow that example. We were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy while there and a genuine effort to meet our needs was definitely shown. Mr. Cady is very lucky to have a sales manager as caring as Philip, has always gone out of his way to make us feel like we were the most important people in the showroom. Most of the deal was handled over the phone and just the final details had to be dealt with at the dealership. This is now the 4th deal they have put together for me in 5 years and I see no reason to change my dealership of choice. Thanks again to staff that assisted us. More
