Can you say the deal of the year... not only did I get great service, a great price, but the overall TEAM that worked with me to get the job done was awesome. I started out working with RG who was very f great service, a great price, but the overall TEAM that worked with me to get the job done was awesome. I started out working with RG who was very friendly and helped me until he needed the big guns... so in jumped Robby and Jim. They worked with me to make the deal happen... working with me on my trade-in and the overall purchase price of the very difficult to find Sequoia... I honestly did not think the deal would get done and had mentally moved to my second choice. However Robby kept the lines of communication open and tried and tried... even pushing his boss (and it was not the cheezy sales nonsense either...). And I found out that Robby is good friends with good friends of my wife and I, so I truly know he was doing his best to get the deal done... and then finally, the deal was done...! So in stepped Mike Black who helped me transition from my trade-in to the new Sequoia... he called the insurance company, transferred the tags and had all paperwork being completed while I hung out at the "tower" talking to Robby and Jim... For those of you that have tried to buy a Sequoia know the process... but these guys made it fun and friendly! I would and will do business there again... my wife needs a new mini-van... Sienna is looking good for a fall purchase... Thanks to Robby, Jim, RG and Mike... and Peter in finance team was great too... and don't forget the young lady who assisted me in taking delivery of the car... very, very easy all around! More
Our experience at Scott Clark Toyota was nothing but pleasurable (as much as buying a new car could be for us!) I had been interested in a Prius for a couple of years, due to several criteria: 1. My pleasurable (as much as buying a new car could be for us!) I had been interested in a Prius for a couple of years, due to several criteria: 1. My husband's tall "upper" body that won't let him even get in most new vehicles 2. Moderate cost with the most options 3. Environment friendly and low gas mileage 3. Cross-over or hatchback to carry my string bass. But the recent media "hype" had me worried.and the fact that I had always been a GM gal. Steve Carlton at Scott Clark Toyota first answered our e-mails promptly, giving us the figures outright that other dealers were hesitant or failed to produce. We visited Scott Clark Toyota after doing our research and visited Steve Carlton, who gave up his lunch (that's real dedication!!) to show us several vehicles, leading up to the Prius (the order we asked to see them in!). He put our mind at ease about their service policies, and my concerns about the recent Prius recall. There was nothing left to do, but to "seal the deal", and eveyone we dealt with the rest of the afternoon were nothing but professional, courteous, and a joy! We love the Prius!! And we have already reccomended Scott Clark and Steve Carlton to our friends! More
I recently bought a new Toyota Matrix from Scott Clarks Toyota City in Charlotte, NC and I could not have had a better experience! Travis Wilson and Lance Black were so friendly, helpful, and understanding Toyota City in Charlotte, NC and I could not have had a better experience! Travis Wilson and Lance Black were so friendly, helpful, and understanding. The facility was beautiful, clean, and just made you want to buy a new car! This was my first experience in buying a new car as I have always bought used and I have to say I will never go back to buying used again and if I do I will buy it from Scott Clarks! They really work with you and your schedule and budget to put you in the car YOU want. I had my heart set on a bright red matrix and was so dissapointed that it was not available at that location. They went out of their way and found me a brand new red matrix and had it delivered the next day! Everyone on the staff there is so nice and knowledgeable. They do work really hard to earn your business and it shows! I love my new car and will definitely use Scott Clarks again in the future! More
We just traded our 2009 for a 2010 Camry and it was a pleasure dealing with Scott Clarke Toyota. This was the second time Tim Wright was there to help us. Even though we were perfectly satisfied with o pleasure dealing with Scott Clarke Toyota. This was the second time Tim Wright was there to help us. Even though we were perfectly satisfied with our 2009, we wanted an upgrade to leather seats. Tim as usual was extremely helpful and we never once felt pressured or that we were taking up his time in choosing colors, etc. This dealership's service department is a pleasure. They are courteous, helpful and it is so wonderful to take your car in for service and walk out to a loaner car waiting for you. Thank you so much Scott Clark. More
I went to the dealership to pick up parts for my daughters car. While I was there I looked at a vehicle in the show room. Mario engaged me in a casual conversation that lead to test driving a new VE daughters car. While I was there I looked at a vehicle in the show room. Mario engaged me in a casual conversation that lead to test driving a new VENZA. I liked the vehicle so much I bought a 2010 model. The experience was low key with no pressure which is the way it should be. My impression of this dealership is that all of the people I interacted with are professional and well versed on their products and services. More
Travis was great and I enjoyed the entire process. It was my first trip to SCT; I had been working with another dealership in my search for the perfect FJ. I was surprised to find 4 of them on the lot because the most I had seen on other lots was 2. I remembered to ask for Travis because he had called the house a couple of times based on my internet inquiry. SCT was probably the cleanest, most organized dealership I have ever been to and everyone knew their job from start to finish. More
I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I leased a Sienna Van and was able to get a payment that I felt I could afford. I worked with only two people, my salesperson, RG, and Glenn from the finance a Sienna Van and was able to get a payment that I felt I could afford. I worked with only two people, my salesperson, RG, and Glenn from the finance dept. They both were helpful, funny, relaxed and a pleasure to work with. I had spent the first part of the day at another Toyota Dealership and had to deal with no less than five different people. When you are spending this much money you want to be able to bond with and trust your salesperson. That is not happening when you are passed from one person to another. I will surely return to Scott Clark Toyota when I am ready to trade again. More

On Friday February 26, 2010, our 1999 Mercury Villager began acting very strange, prompting us to drop it off at our regular mechanic. As we considered the cost of the mounting repairs, we discussed whet began acting very strange, prompting us to drop it off at our regular mechanic. As we considered the cost of the mounting repairs, we discussed whether or not it would be best to buy a newer used van. That evening, as we searched the internet for advice on quality used minivans, we concluded that a 2004 Toyota Sienna would be our best option. In considering the need to trade in our current van, our search of the local area revealed that Scott Clark’s Toyota Scion had one. We submitted an information request to their website late that night and received a reply from Mike Black before 8am the following morning. Two more e-mails were sent that morning and each was replied to within a short time. One e-mail indicated that we would be in to see the van in the early afternoon. My wife, two young sons, and I all picked up our Villager and began the 70 mile drive to Scott Clark’s at 11:00am, stopping along the way to run a few brief errands and get lunch. The van began acting funny again, resulting in a two hour roadside stop. Then after managing another 8 miles along our journey, it died in a gas station parking lot. At that point, my family did three things. First we prayed. Then we called AAA to come tow the van to Scott Clark’s. Then we called Scott Clark’s to talk to Mike. As Mike was busy with a customer, we were introduced to Travis Wilson. After explaining our situation, and the fact that we would not all fit in the tow truck, I asked if they could work out a way to pick up my family. In today’s day and age, this is a request I expected to be denied. Travis however said he would check into what they could do and would call me back. I expected him to call back with the name of the local cab company, but instead he said he would be there to pick us up in about 10 minutes. When he arrived, he had brought the very 2004 Sienna we had been considering. He took my wife and boys to Scott Clark’s while I waited for the tow truck. I did not personally arrive at the dealership until after 7:00 pm. When I arrived, my boys were contentedly watching a Disney film in Scott Clark’s child area and my wife explained how wonderfully they had been treated. I asked her what they thought of the van. She said the boys loved it and after her test drive she felt it would be a good vehicle for us. At that point, my father arrived to watch the boys. When we sat down with Mike Black, it was about 7:15 pm. Their first price was not unreasonable, but it did not fit our budget. We talked things over, prayed again, and due to the time of the evening, told them directly what we could afford. They accepted our offer at about 7:35 pm. The next half hour or so is kind of a blur, but it should be noted that I wrote the check for that van having never seen the inside of it. Despite their closing time of 8:00, we never felt rushed, and we didn’t really leave until around 8:30. At that time we met Devon Thomas who pleasantly delivered the vehicle to us. My test drive was the ride home. Since that day, we have been called by both Mike and Travis asking how things are going with the van and have received e-mail contacts about scheduling our first service. We have never had a car buying experience like this before. We were all treated well and with respect, even when our trade-in arrived on a flat bed tow truck. When I need another vehicle, the first dealer I will consider is Scott Clark’s Toyota Scion. More
