Many of which have been purchased at Scott Clarks Toyota. I find their service second to none and they always explain before hand what is required to be performed for maintenance and rairly, if ever, are there surprises. The financial rep was direct and honest about the extended warranty programs and did not pressure me into purchasing something out of my price range. The car was in great condition when I picked it up. The lady that received my trade-in and briefed me on the new car features was very good. The sales staff was friendly after the sale was complete. During the purchasing process the Sales Manager took the time to give me a tour of the service department and introduced me to several key personnel. On top of all this I got a GREAT deal! More
I went to Scott Clark Toyota in Stallings NC (HWY 74). I came extremly close in buying an used 2009 toyota corolla. The price was not great but fair, and I wanted the lifetime warranty since I planned on pu came extremly close in buying an used 2009 toyota corolla. The price was not great but fair, and I wanted the lifetime warranty since I planned on putting thousands of miles on the car traveling to our archery tournaments. The issues that I have with the dealersship is "deception" not forthcoming of information. The car had been titled 2 times previously, and it had been involved in an frontal accident. I learned of this information from the car fax that was presented by my lender. I immediatly left the deal. When I arrived at home, I emailed Scott Clark's customer service of the ordeal. Shortly after I received a phone call from the sales mananger. He was rude, and claimed that he wasn't legally required inform me of the accident since the damagage was less than 25% of the car's value. Regardless if this is true or not, I felt that I had been deceived, and that they did not deserve my business. I wasted a 1/2 a day there, and lost $ 10.oo to pay the car fax fee to my lender. What really pissed me off is when the manager told me via phone, that it was my responsibility to get the infor for the car. Thats not the way I was reared by my parents, not how I do business. More
It was the best experience that I have ever had in buying a car. It was quite thorough. The salesperson allowed me to test drive at least 3 cars. I personally spoke with the manager of the car. He called me after I had filled out the info section of the Scott Clark website and I told him then that we were only beginning to look at new cars and that we were not ready that day to purchase. His attitude toward helping us under those terms was exemplary. When we visited the dealership that same day, he took patient time in answering every question, in making sure that we knew all the features of the Venza, and then took the time, along with the finance group, to show what they could do in pricing and financing. This review is for the second time I have bought a new car from Scott Clark. I previously bought a Prius in 2007 and I just traded it in for a new 2010 Prius. The dealership had exactly the car that I wanted, so the selection is great. Mike was great and knowledgeable while on my test drive. The whole process was great as I went through the different steps of the process, everyone was nice and efficient throughout. I will definitely keep going to Scott Clark as my primary Toyota dealership. More
We were totally amazed at the professionalism and helpfulness of all the employees. My husband went there knowing what he wanted to buy (Avalon Limited, black with a navigation system). Little pressure, yet he toook the time to go through the whole process with him and make sure he had a great deal. Also received floor mats, window tinting and extended warranty at no cost. When we went back that night, Mallory spent alot of time going through all the controls in our new car. (We traded a 2001 Avalon so there were quite a few differences) There were a couple of options we wanted added to the car and the parts are in 2 days later. I understand why this dealer and all its employees are rated so high. You wowed us with your cusomer service! More
