From the very 1st conversation Steve was responsive, detail-oriented, customer focused and a true professional. And, here's the best part - I did not spend one-minute in the dealer. Everything was negotiated over the phone and email. The car was even delivered to my home - 3 hours away. I live in Raleigh and the local dealers are nowhere as responsive, price competitive or customer oriented. This is the 20th vehicle I have purchased - including some high-end european brands and this was absolutely one of the best experiences ever. My experience at Scott Clark's Toyota in Matthews was great. Everyone was extremely friendly and patient. I didn't feel pressured in any way. My wife and I felt extremely comfortable and enjoyed working with the people at Scott Clarks Toyota. We had been to several dealerships trying to negotiate for a 2011 Sienna. The people we encountered at those dealerships seemed to lack the professionalism and courtesy we expected, until we walked into Scott Clarks Toyota in Matthews, N.C. We were introduced to an extremely competent, intelligent and personable sales rep, Travis Wilson. Travis far exceded our expectations, as he is also a most courteous young man. In addition to Travis, we were introduced to Philip Stroup and Justin Mann who handled many of the details for us and Jimmy Cline the sales manager who quite efficiently oversaw the entire transaction. Last but not least,a young lady who patiently walked us through and demonstrated to us the technical aspects of the vehicle, Devin Thomas. This is a "Better Late Than Never" deserved compliment for Mr. Justin Bustle on two different service visits. A few weeks ago I brought my 1999 Toyota Camry in to have my tires rotated. Upon completion for Mr. Justin Bustle on two different service visits. A few weeks ago I brought my 1999 Toyota Camry in to have my tires rotated. Upon completion Mr. Bustle informed me I had another problem with my car and I thought "oh no more money". He then told me this problem was already fixed because he had a coupon and applied it to the service. THANK GOD!! In comparison with two other auto service shops people say Auto Dealerships like Scott Clark Toyota are more expensive when it comes to servicing your auto. I have found my experience with Scott Clark Toyota and Justin Bustle to be reasonable and of quality service. On my second service visit to Scott Clark Toyota I came in to purchase new tires and have them installed on my car. Before coming in I gathered information from tire dealerships. Because I have dealt with Justin I contacted him for information on tires and he gave me better information than the tire dealships. I purchased my new tires from Scott Clark Toyota because of Mr. Bustle's information. In short, once again I am grateful not only to Mr. Justin Bustle but to Scott Clark Toyota for having an A+ service and an A+ employee. Thank you again! Jeanette Russell More
