I have to credit that to the leadership example that Mr. Cady has obviously tried to instill in his team. By the way that my wife and I were treated during our recent purchase experience, I have to say that the majority of his staff has tried to follow that example. We were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy while there and a genuine effort to meet our needs was definitely shown. Mr. Cady is very lucky to have a sales manager as caring as Philip, has always gone out of his way to make us feel like we were the most important people in the showroom. Most of the deal was handled over the phone and just the final details had to be dealt with at the dealership. This is now the 4th deal they have put together for me in 5 years and I see no reason to change my dealership of choice. Thanks again to staff that assisted us. More

After my mechanic bought my old '97 RAV4 which I drove 206,000 miles for his 15yr old, I filled out a credit app online as I was ready to buy a new rAV4 if I could get a good deal. Paul called me right away and set up an appt for me to come in. When I showed up a couple of hrs later, Paul took me for a test drive and showed me the choices. He was very cool and made me comfortable without alot of chit chat(BS). The sales manager helped him give me a great deal on my new red RAV4. I considered all the options with another person and chose some door guards to prevent dings. The finance guy was also very cool and helped me get through all the signing of the paperwork and more paperwork! They shined up my car and I drove it home! I love it! I went back today and got my door guards on. I didn't have to wait long but I got to look around the showroom,looks at the gift shop, watch CNN and eat a doughnut. The airconditioning was working great, thank goodness, it was 98 degrees outside. Anyway, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the whole experience has been wonderful. More

Never once did we feel pressured to make a decision by anyone. We actually spent most of the day Saturday driving a couple of the models, asking questions, and covering internet material we had available to help us make our decision. We literally spent 6 hours before we finalized the puchase of a Highlander. In all honesty the length it took till closure was our fault because of the questions we had plus giving it a lot of thought. We can honestly say that this was one of the BEST buying experiences ever and Scott Clark gave us a great price for our trade in to boot. We would higly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy. We have owned Toyota vehicles since 1981 and will continue to purchase Toyota products because of their dependability and excellent resell value. More
