I can’t believe all of the good ratings Scott Clark Toyota has gotten considering the gut retching experience I had. Surly they did not single me out for the HIGH PRESSURE SALES treatment. While I was waiting, I thought I would see what it would cost to trade my Prius for a new one. Even after having my car appraised, the salesman insisted on telling me about all of the features of a Prius. I should have realized right then that we were not communicating. But we got within a couple thousand dollars apart so I made a written offer. That’s when the pressure started. The salesman wanted a check to go along with my offer to demonstrate that I was serious. I did not have a check book because I had not gone in to buy a car. So the salesmen ask for a credit card to accompany my offer. I should have known better but I gave him a credit card. And, I told him that I had somewhere I had to be in a little while. To make a long story short, I could not get my credit card back after asking for it several times. So I started into the Sales Managers Office to get my credit card. The salesman started shouting at me that I could not go into the Sales Managers Office. Fortunately, he did not physically try to stop me. I went into the office and asked for my credit card. Everyone stood around looking at me like I was crazy which I probably was by this point because their refusal to return my credit card had already caused me to miss my appointment. No one made a move to assist me. I saw my credit card on a counter so I retrieved it myself, paid my service bill, and left. More

George and Robby were incredibly helpful and patient with me and never once treated me like I didn't know what I was doing or saying. They both worked with me to give me the best price based on my finances and I am very happy with the outcome. I would recommend them and Scott Clark's to anyone! More
I was so worried about my Prius! It had been left in a parking garage for 3 months while I was on vacation/home in CT. When my boyfriend stopped in Charlotte to check on it, it would not start. So I had a whole month's worth of stressing about what was wrong with it. When I finally got back to NC, a bunch of other stressful things happened, and I was not able to get to Scott Clark's Toyota City until 5:30pm on a Wednesday. The service shop closes at 8pm. Somehow, MAGICALLY, service was able to replace my Prius battery, rotate my tires, change my oil, do the 09 pedal recall, AND wash my car in 2 hours! I have never had this good of service at a car place. Scott Clark's Toyota City exceeded my expectations greatly. I was so worried about my car and how long it would take to get fixed and the fact that they were able to do it in 2 hours is more than I could have asked for. They spared me so much more stress and anxiety. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I spoke with Billy from Service several times, and he was so utterly helpful as well. Thank you so much! I would give you guys a 110% rating. Best service ever! I seriously can't thank you enough. More

We arrived at the Dealership prior to it's opening on Sunday morning. RG came out to the lot to ask if he could assist us in finding the vehcle we were interested in learning more about. From that moment on we were taken very good care of. Everything was explained to us very clearly. We were very informed of each step in the buying process. In the past when we would purchase a vehicle, it would be an all day afair. Our total buying experience was excellent. I made a car enquiry through Sam's Club Auto Buying Program and Scott Clark Toyota immediately got in touch with me as they are Sam’s Club participating dealer. David from Scott Clark called me, listen Program and Scott Clark Toyota immediately got in touch with me as they are Sam’s Club participating dealer. David from Scott Clark called me, listened to my used car requirements and guided me with car availability information. David was nice and friendly and followed up several times while I was out of town. After I came back, I found a good offer at Scott Clark site and immediately called David. David provided me with lot of information even though it was late in the evening. Next day, I went to Scott Clark showroom and was amazed by the facilities and size. The front desk staff was friendly and was then received by David’s sales partner Reggie. Reggie was really friendly and excellent in responding to our questions. Reggie was very knowledgeable and gave us detailed information on current models and comparison with previous models. Reggie and his sales manager gave the exact offer that was available on their internet site. They were not pushy. Reggie explained us the advantages for going for a new car compared to a used one. Reggie made several attempts to negotiate with his management to get us a good deal. David was also ensuring we were taken good care. We really thank Reggie and David for treating us with respect and getting us a good deal. They were professional. I would also like to thank Peter from Finance (Sorry, forgot his last name). Peter gave us all the available financing options and gave us a good APR. Peter ensured I understood all the documentation and completed all the paperwork in quick time. Scott Clark has all the processes in place and it was a smooth ride from sales to delivery. After finance, we were taken to Accessories Manager. She explained in detail all the accessories available. Finally, delivery staff was really helpful in providing car details & controls, responsive and ensured our complete satisfaction. Everything was complete within 2 hours and we were riding our new car home. We thank Scott Clark Toyota for giving us a pleasant experience throughout. Scott Clark has excellent facilities and my boy enjoyed their play room and was not willing to come home in new car. Buying a Toyota is sensible and a good decision and buying it from Scott Clark is even better. More

When I came to trade in my 2009 Prius for a 2010 the employees were more than helpful in not only showing me hands on models but explaining great options to me that I did not know I even had.
