This is a "Better Late Than Never" deserved compliment for Mr. Justin Bustle on two different service visits. A few weeks ago I brought my 1999 Toyota Camry in to have my tires rotated. Upon completion for Mr. Justin Bustle on two different service visits. A few weeks ago I brought my 1999 Toyota Camry in to have my tires rotated. Upon completion Mr. Bustle informed me I had another problem with my car and I thought "oh no more money". He then told me this problem was already fixed because he had a coupon and applied it to the service. THANK GOD!! In comparison with two other auto service shops people say Auto Dealerships like Scott Clark Toyota are more expensive when it comes to servicing your auto. I have found my experience with Scott Clark Toyota and Justin Bustle to be reasonable and of quality service. On my second service visit to Scott Clark Toyota I came in to purchase new tires and have them installed on my car. Before coming in I gathered information from tire dealerships. Because I have dealt with Justin I contacted him for information on tires and he gave me better information than the tire dealships. I purchased my new tires from Scott Clark Toyota because of Mr. Bustle's information. In short, once again I am grateful not only to Mr. Justin Bustle but to Scott Clark Toyota for having an A+ service and an A+ employee. Thank you again! Jeanette Russell More

From the initial visit to driving off the lot in the vehicle I was EXTREMELY happy with the customer care as well as all the figures associated with the sale. I went by unannounced one day when Phillip & Jose were not available, and Justin in internet sales stepped in and was VERY helpful. He went out of his way to show a vehicle for Jose - the salesman I had been working with. This was the second vehicle I have purchased from Scott Clark Toyota, and both experiences have been the same - EXCELLENT - the way all car buying should be! More
My wife and I came to the dealership at approximately 8:30 pm on Friday evening. I was interested in purchasing a 2010 Tundra pickup truck and wanted to see what was available. The receptionist was ver 8:30 pm on Friday evening. I was interested in purchasing a 2010 Tundra pickup truck and wanted to see what was available. The receptionist was very friendly, greeted us immediately upon entry, and introduced us to Curtis Lanier, Sales Consultant, who would proceed to help us with any questions. The first Tundra I saw was the one I knew I wanted. It was a black, 2010, SR5, TRD, Tundra pickup with special body work done just for this dealership. Curtis showed us all the "bells and whistles" associated with this particular truck then took us for a test-drive. As it was already past normal closing time upon our return, we thought we would need to come back another time. Not so, Curtis informed us to take our time; there was no rush. He and his Sales Manager, Robby Pryor, proceeded to go over everything with us and we were able to negotiate a price that was fair to both parties. We were there until approximately 11:30 pm. Everyone involved went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were comfortable with all details regarding this purchase. We decided to make our final decision by morning. On a very busy Saturday, we were greeted immediately and Curtis Lanier once more came to help us finalize our purchase. Robby Pryor took time out of his busy day to speak with us and to introduce us to his manager. We then proceeded to speak with Todd Goodman, Business Manager, who helped us complete the financial paperwork. Everyone, from the first person we met until the last person we saw as we were leaving the dealership was friendly and professional, making this "car-buying" venture one of the best we have ever experienced. I would definitely recommend making Scott Clark's Toyota your first stop - you won't have to go anywhere else. More
Helped out a lot in selecting a vehicle and then taking a test drive. Did everything he could to work out the deal so we could buy the car. Michelle did a great job with the paperwork, and got us through the process. On the way home we noticed the smell of cigarette smoke in the vehicle, which we had not noticed before, and a lot of freshener over the top of it. I notified Phil today about helping us get the car cleaned up on the inside to get rid of the smell, and we set up a time for next week. I did not notice the smell on the test drive. More

Every aspect of my visit and sale from the moment I walked in the door to the time I left exceeded my expectations. Each person I dealt with from my salesperson William Smith, to the finance Manager Michelle Gustafson, to Wesley (not sure of her title or last name), but she was so sweet and helpful in getting everything together for us to leave. She answered every question we had and just had such a great friendly attitude about her. Each and everyone of these people took pride in there work and customers. There so much more I could say but won't continue on, Each employee surely deserves an A+ in my book! I also would like to commend the dealership on there lifetime warranty and there 2 yr free maintenance!!! Didn't find this anywhere else!!! Thanks Scott Clarks Toyota!!!! P.S. Lovvvveeeee my New 4-Runner too!!!!! Forgot to mention that lol! More
