My daughter, Amanda, called and asked if I thought she should trade cars, as her 2008 Corolla has 126,000 miles on it, but is still in excellent condition. I advised her that when I traded my car and old pickup for a 2011 Tacoma, at Scott Clark's, I was treated like family, had no pressure, and felt I got a much better deal than the quotes I had gotten from other dealers. So, I called Nate, the salesman I had bought my Tacoma from, and he invited us to come on in, even if it was after 7:00pm and we are about 45 minutes away. When we arrived, Nate took us to see the car Amanda was interested in, and we took a test drive. Amanda was impressed with the improvements of the 2011 Corolla, and wanted to get one that looked like the one she had. However, as we were waiting for Nate to get her car appraised and her figures together, we watched two new, Dark Gray Metallic, Corolla S cars being delivered to their new owners. I bet Amanda that was the last two they had. I was right, but that didn't slow Nate down one bit. He found her the exact car she wanted and had it there the next day. When I got home, I expressed to my wife, Hilda, how happy Amanda was, and I thought she would probably like the Corolla S, for herself. So, the next day, my wife and I saw Nate, and traded her car for a white Corolla S at Scott Clark's. Amanda and Hilda took delivery of their new cars at the same time. On the way home, Hilda said that was the first and only time she actually enjoyed being at a car dealership. Now we are a Toyota family. My son, daughter and wife each have a Corolla, and I have a Tacoma. The entire staff at Scott Clark’s makes you feel like family. I would highly recommend them for a great price, awesome customer service, and high quality vehicles. More
When you walk into a car dealership you don't know who you will be working with or how 'pressured' you might feel. That is why we were appreciative when friends and multiple Toyota owners recommended thi you will be working with or how 'pressured' you might feel. That is why we were appreciative when friends and multiple Toyota owners recommended this dealership and specifically salesman Tony Byrd. And Tony didn't disappoint; were so impressed with him as a person and as a professional. We spent several hours looking at different cars with Tony, and another couple of hours when we returned to test drive the car we liked again. Throughout it all, Tony was a gentleman and seemed to genuinely have our interests at heart. He is true professional. He knows his product. He is very patient and very easy to be with. Ultimately we wound up buying a different brand car and when we told Tony that we weren't purchasing from him, he could not have been more gracious. We hope that it will come back to him in the future, for the good energy and time he put out helping us. More

We were surprising our daughter with a new car for her graduation present and found the Scion that she had originally wanted when she was fifteen. The entire process went very smoothly, Michelle the fiance manager was very pleasant and made all the paper work understandable. Jessica Laney helped our daughter understand all the buttons and gadgets that are on the car. Overall it was a very good experience. More
I had a graet experience with Scott Clark's Toyota. They could not get the car I wanted from one of the Southeast Toyota Dealers, so they got one that was on it's way over from Japan. I have been to this dealer a few different times, the first time was okay. However, when I went back there to trade in my used Rav-4 they did everything they could possibly think of to help me out and to first time was okay. However, when I went back there to trade in my used Rav-4 they did everything they could possibly think of to help me out and to make sure that we knew all of the information we needed to make a very informed choice on what car to buy, if it should be new or used, if we should finance or lease. I got to work with Robby the sales manager directly and most people don't get to do that. Also, the sales guy Ryan that helped me out was fantastic. I was very comfortable talking to him and asking any questions that I needed to ask to make an informed decision. I highly recommend this team to help out with a car, new or used, of just servicing your current car. More

Loved, loved, loved my experience buying my car from Scott Clark Toyota. Not only was everyone professional, patient and courteous, but they had a sense of humor, too! My original plan was to search via phone/email then go to visit the top 3 dealers. When I visited, everyone understood that I was shopping, not buying immediately and did not pressure me. They DID explain the pros of purchasing through Scott Clark. When I made my decision, they gave me details about the car I was to purchase (which was not immediately available) and kept me informed until its arrival. I could not believe how thorough everyone was during the final purchase of the car. What a great team. More
Went to the dealership looking for a used vehicle, met Steve Carlton who was very friendly and professional. Steve was great. Answered all of our questions and showed us around without any pressure. We ended up looking at the new Highlanders and purchased a new one from Steve before it was all said and done. He had a very direct approach, and we really didn't have to do much haggling after he showed us the invoice price. They provided a much better offer on our used trade in than Carmax, and we were in and out with a deal. Steve walked us through every step of the process and made the whoel experience very easy and enjoyable, which was a far cry from other dealerships I have attempted to work with in the Charlotte area. Everyone on the staff, from the finance manager to the person who went over options on the car, were extremely polite and friendly, which was very impressive considering we were there well after closing time on a Sunday. Everyone was on top of their game. After making the deal called other dealerships and they could not touch it. The other dealerships also did not have a program where you could get your money back on a ext called other dealerships and they could not touch it. The other dealerships also did not have a program where you could get your money back on a extended warranty (I purchased extra) if not used in the first five years. We purchased our first Prius, I'm a pretty big guy and it has great room front and back. By the time I pay the loan off the Prius will have saved me 16,000.00 if gas stays at 3.50, but I guess we know that is not going to happen. Basically the car will completely pay for itself by the end of five years. There was another associate (forgot name) that took me out introduced the vehical to me walked me through everthing and was very knowledgable about the vehical and explaining all aspects of the vehicle. Would definitely recommend Scott Clarks Toyota City to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. Ask for these associates if you are looking for and EXCELLENT car buying experience Robert Van Alstyne as your sales person and ask for Michelle Gustafson to do your closing paper work!! More
