This was an extremely high pressure sale, with both the sales manager and salesman spending hours trying to get me to buy the car they had on the lot and not the car I wanted. After 6 hours, with not so m sales manager and salesman spending hours trying to get me to buy the car they had on the lot and not the car I wanted. After 6 hours, with not so much as a glass of water offered, we found a car off site that fit my wife's and my needs. We left $1,000 of earnest money and were to pick the car up in one week. My wife was called at home the next day (Saturday) and told we needed to come in and get the car before then or it would be "sold out from under us" by our salesman. When this call was made Scott Clark didn't even have the car on site and wouldn't till Wednesday. I called and complained to the sales manager about the high pressure sales tactics and poor business practices and was assured that I will deal only with now on. When we arrived to pick up the car we asked for Robby Pryor who not only handed us back off to Jim Dala but after Jim appologized for any misunderstandings "I had", he had the audacity to tell me not to worry though because he and Robby (his immediate supervisor) were good friends. Not what you want to hear when filing a complaint. This is the second new car I have bought from Scotts Clark Toyota City in the last five years and will absolutely be the last. Town & Country Toyota on South Blvd (which my salesman disparaged at every opportunity) will get the remaing 40 yerars of my patronage. Fianlly, I'm writting this review because after a month since the purchase no one other than my salesman has called to see how our experience was. More
Went to Scott Clark and brought a 2008 Sienna, Tim Right was are salesman. He stated clearly that this was a certified pre owned vehicle and that it came with a one year bumper to bumper warranty. He repeated this several times and it was a major reason we brought the vehicle. Well the battery and the starter went out 10 months later and they made us pay for the repairs to the tune of $700 dollars. He lied to us and did not care anything about us as long as he got his sale. The Dealership in general was very unsympathetic and they treated us like dirt. Run away from this place don't walk, try anywhere but here. More

We arrived at the dealership around 5:00pm and by the time we finished with finding our car and the paper work it was around 8:00pm so my wife and I decided to get some supper. On the way to Hops I recieved a call from Robert, I had left my house keys at the dealrship. Instead of turning around and driving back, Robert brought the keys to Hops and gave ou $20.00 for supper. Great gay!! More
We have come to love dealing with Scott Clark Toyota. This is the 4th vehicle we have bought from them and the experience gets better every time! Tim makes it so easy to find the car you want and at the same has never been that "pushy salesman" that most people think of as soon as they have to buy a car. We got a great deal on the car as well as financing thanks to Jimmy! After we decided on the car and the price most people do not look forward to having to sign and do the finishing paperwork but Justin has done the final paperwork the past two times. He makes it so easy! We love our new Camry and actually can look forward to buying another vehicle instead of having nightmares about it! More
Looking for a car to buy can be a stressful experience to say the least. However, In dealing with Lance Black the experience was awesome! Many times you feel attacked the minute you get out of your car to enter the building...This was not our experience with him at all. He followed up with calls to our home making sure we were satisfied and if here was anything else we needed. What a wonderful young man to work with. More

George's style is why I came back to this dealership rather than the other two I had quotes from for my car. More

I'm a single mom on a limited income driving a huge FORD SUV and buying the gas for it was killing me. I went in needing help to reduce my car expense - I told them what I wanted, what I needed and what I could afford and they made it happen in one day! During every step I went through it was like talking to my brother. They were genuinely concerned for me and asked all the right questions to make sure I was comfortable with my decision to purchase a smaller vehicle. I test drove several cars and looked at all of them and I was treated with respect and understanding. It's just my opinion but for all you women out there nervous about going to a car lot by yourself you might think about going here first. I feel confident that you would be treated with the same respect and understanding as I was. Thank you guys for finding me extra cash and a great car! More
Rob and Lance went out of their way to get us in the car we really wanted. We made three separate trips to the dealership, and they were so patient with us. Every single person in this dealership was a pleasure to talk to and made us feel important as soon as we walked in the door!!! He told us from the very beginning that he wanted to put us in the vehicle that we wanted, that WE wanted, Not what he wanted us to have!! He was Never pushy or rude with us and he Truly wanted US to be happy with what we were buying. Selling us a vehicle is not an easy job. Rob spent four hours with us as we walked the entire lot deciding exactly what it was that we wanted!! He never rushed us or made us feel like he had better things to be doing; he never recommended a vehicle that he knew, from our specifications, we wouldn't be happy with. Every question that we asked was answered fully and honestly. If every car salesman in the world were like Rob Van Alstyne, there would be a lot more new vehicles sold!!! My husband and I (especially me) were very anxious about trading our truck for a new one, but Rob made it a very easy and comfortable decision for us and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts!! Desmond was great to work with. He was very personable and took the time to get to know us and our needs, and ultimately we left with a brand new 4Runner.
