This is by far the worst customer service around. I have never been so disrepected ever. And what makes it worse, is that when i had a problem, i couldnt get ahold of any kind of manager whatsoever. they to never been so disrepected ever. But i knew they were not, they were all in that glass area in the front counter on the left side when you walk in the main lobby. The salesman was so rude, and he lied about things before i even bought a car!! So what makes me want to even think about buying a car from them ever again?? I NEVER WILL!!!! on top of that, their toyota camry', are way over priced!! I'm talking at minimum $4,200!! Dont buy from there!! More

We went in with a poor attitude about car buying after a very bad experience in the past and had no intention of leaving with a new car last Friday. We thought for sure this would go just like every other very bad experience in the past and had no intention of leaving with a new car last Friday. We thought for sure this would go just like every other time and planned to be there no more than 30 minutes or so. I cannot say enough about our experience here last week. Chris, Rob, Jimmy, Daniel and Michelle turned us completely around. This has been by leaps and bounds the best car buying experience we have ever had. We are so impressed with everything...the facility, the people, the atmosphere and they stopped at nothing to make sure we went home happy and remain happy. We are still shocked and have been telling everyone we know and that will listen how awesome the whole experience was. If you need a new Toyota, go to Scott Clarks and definitely see Rob, you will not be sorry! More

We had an appointment with Robert after talking with him on-line. He was real friendly, no pressure and made sure we were getting what we wanted and not what he wanted us to have. R.G. Gunderson wrote my lease last year on my 2011 Sienna and flat out lied about the price. He told me that a leased vehicle price could not be negotiated because Toyota won't allow it. I have since learned and flat out lied about the price. He told me that a leased vehicle price could not be negotiated because Toyota won't allow it. I have since learned that this was a LIE and that another dealer could have saved me about $6,000 on the same vehicle. He was going to let me walk out the door with a $700+/month payment until I started to leave then he and the sales manager magically reduced the payment by $200! But I still got screwed out of more than $6,000. I'm not really as stupid as Gunderson thinks I am, I'm just on some heavy duty drugs for chronic nerve pain and permanently disabled as a result. I have absolutely no respect for him or Scott Clark and I promise I will never say one good word about either. I would like to start a blog stating my disenchantment with R.G. and Scott Clark but I don't want to waste any more of my time with this scumbag. Rob is the salesman to see at Scott Clark! I told him what I wanted and he got it, period. The 2011 Tacoma double cab 4x4 longbed he got for me was one of four that was in SET, and he got it delivered w what I wanted and he got it, period.
