I have a 2011 Prius. I still don’t have 100,000 miles on it and it is very dependable. A part of that was due to getting a great free service plan for the first 4 I get I still don’t have 100,000 miles on it and it is very dependable. A part of that was due to getting a great free service plan for the first 4 I get my oil changed there,I have put on one set of tires and one set of brake pads. You don’t want to know the gas mileage I get. My husband loved to figure out how many miles we used to get. I love Scott Clark because of the people that work in service. They have always gone out of their way to help me with any issues or questions I may have. They have a nice clean waiting area with a WiFi charging and even a free manicure. Did I tell you about the coffee machine that makes delicious treats or black which ever you prefer. I don’t have a negative comment about them. Thanks Service!!! More
I tried to give this dealership another chance and once again they blew it. I have been told so many lies and to this day only one item is fix but it took 2 weeks and me calling them on it for them to ask again they blew it. I’m really in shock at how they have continued to treat me and not fix my car as of today. I promise I am going to every review site and making it known just how rude and how much they are NOT to help the customer. This is so unprofessional. by looking at some of the other reviews this location isn’t working on to much with the customer satisfaction.. so Chris Cady @ Scott Clark hope your reading all the bad comments. Mr. Pete Acree, the service manager, was very disrespectful and rude as I experienced some trouble with the work one of his technicians done. He failed to hear me and continue to be aggressive in disrespectful and rude as I experienced some trouble with the work one of his technicians done.
