I went to the dealership to check on a upgrade and see what kind of deal they had to offer.I explained to the sales person what the max. payment my wife and i can have. We look at a couple of trucks and c what kind of deal they had to offer.I explained to the sales person what the max. payment my wife and i can have. We look at a couple of trucks and came up with 50.00 over my budget. Explained to mr. bill I can not afford it and said goodbye he asked if he can take off the fifty dollars will I buy I said yes and went home.A couple of hours past by and Mr. Bill called me and told me he can do it.I told him I can not do a penny more and he told me it was a grantee. I waited for my wife to get home so I explained the deal to her She said well before we go to the dealership lets call Mr. Bill and make sure it was a deal. I called him again and he said if we go that night he can grantee it so I told him we will come on in. When we arrived we met Mr.bill outside the dealership and again I asked him because my wife and myself did not want to waste no time.He again told me it was done everything is okay. We went into the dealership and waited about a hour while they where going back and fourth.I then called bill and asked him what is going on and he told me he could not do it for the deal we had discussed early. I then told him why would you call me and have me and my wife come to the dealership if you where not sure.I told him I told you if it could not be done that it was okay but to call me and lie right to my face and my wife it was horrible that he was able to live with that kind of salesmenship.I have e-mailed the general manager Chris Cady and left several messages with his assistant who everytime I call tells me he is in a meeting. Drom the time we walked in the door, everyone there was very friendly and helpful. We worked with Kevin McCall and we explained our negative equity on our trade-in, a Mercedes Benz ML 350. They have a great staff and super nice facility. They have plenty of cars to choose from and are willing to do what makes you happy.
