The customer Service was excellent!!! As soon as we opened the door to get out of car J.R. was there to assist us. We (my husband and I) went to look at a 1998 Lexus that was listed in the paper for sale. When we got there it had been sold. Obviously, it's rare that a 1998 Lexus with 34,000 miles on it. There was not any other vehicle on the lot we were interested in. About a week later David called us, said that the car had not been sold, problem with the financing. We was pleased he gave us the opportunity to look at the car. It was worth it. He said they had about 20 calls on the car and I feel sure that was true; it was in pristine condition. Unfortunately, 3 weeks after I purchased it,someone ran a stop sign and took out the front quarter panel. I used a Lexus recommended body shop for repairs. The people at the body shop couldn't believe the excellent condition of the car. I have the car back now & we are overall pleased with the purchase. (I don't care for the "negotiating" part of purchasing a car. That is one part of buying a vehicle I dread. I always leave wondering if I should have gotten a better deal.) More
when i came in on saturday 3-10-12 i actually had no intention of buying a car from this dealership because of the experience i had when i bought my prius back in 2005. that experience so soiled me agai intention of buying a car from this dealership because of the experience i had when i bought my prius back in 2005. that experience so soiled me against scot clark toyota that this time i just wanted some ammo to use when i went to another dealer to actually buy. when francesco was introduced to me he did not look like or act like the typical steroetype of a salesman. he was calm, patient, non pushy, and exttremely well versed in his product and his dealership. we looked at new and used cars in two different models. i was so impressed with him as a salesman that i decided to give this dealership another chance-(since these were not the same people who so cheated and lied to me the last time)-the icing on the cake was when i met the finance guy peter moreno, the only problem being they were so busy with people buying cars, it took me a while to get in to his office. once i did though, he was equally as awesome. no high pressure, and every piece of paper(which there is a ton of) and extras that are offered were explained in terms that any normal person would understand. no lies or big complicated extended warranties pitches-juist plain simple explanation, then asked if i wanted it or not. he was very patient with all my questions also. the same as francesco.- i have not had a chance yet to use the service dept, but based on the other posts i see here, i should be just as satisfied. James Rucker lied to me about a referral bonus for steering my daughter to your dealership to buy a 2011 Toyota Highlander. He consistently ignored my text messages and phone calls when I called to in steering my daughter to your dealership to buy a 2011 Toyota Highlander. He consistently ignored my text messages and phone calls when I called to inquire about when I might expect the bonus. Although I might feel comfortable referring individuals to the dealership, I would certainly recommend that they avoid James Rucker as a salesperson. I spoke with a customer service representative on February 28, 2012 and shared my concerns with him at that time. James Rucker had previously indicated to me that this was something that he had discussed with his supervisor Jimmy Cline. I was told that I would receive the bonus on February 10, 2012. I have yet to receive the bonus and James Rucker has made no effort to contact me to the contrary. More
I used to be very skeptical about taking my car to get serviced at a dealer. I thought it would be very expensive and would always feel like I was being "sold to" constantly. Crystal Terry has changed my view forever (or at least for Scott Clark Toyota). Since I purchased my Sienna over 7 years ago I have come to Crystal Terry for my auto service needs. I have found Crystal Terry and her team of mechanics to be honest and always do a great job with both preventative maintenance as well as necessary repairs (when needed). In fact, I also bring my Lexus RX 330 to Crystal Terry for maintenance as I have found the cost to be almost 1/2 of what I used to pay at the Lexus dealer. Thanks for talking care of me! More
