Went to Scott Clark for our scheduled maintenance and found I needed rear brakes, my service rep Marshall Moore was very helpful in explaining why we shouldn’t wait and said it was my decision. I was concerned because I was there for my very first time. I’m a travel nurse and no one told me where to go or what to do or how do I would know my car was done. I was never told I was never prepared a time. I’m a travel nurse and no one told me where to go or what to do or how do I would know my car was done.
