Advisor tried to sell some service whenI told her that I do not want that service and I had a left a message to cancel the service, she she can’t. I dont drive my truck that often and subsequently I have lower than average mileage on it all the time. The service dept worked with me to ensure that all of my services would still be completed and definit lower than average mileage on it all the time.
