I am however somewhat frustrated that on my last major repair the problem I have now was not foreseen as something that might need to be addressed. I can not be more pleased at how Pete took my problem ( I hit a pot hole) of a damaged tire and rim and got me back on the road as quickly as possibility. I had a Road Hazard Policy which I purchased when buying the Prius. Pete handled everything including dealing with the holder of the Road Hazard policy to be sure my out-of-pocket expenses were as low as possible. In my opinion Pete Acree was great to deal with and a TRUE ASSET TO THE SCOTT CLARK TEAM. More
