Bad customer service I wasn't impressed with this dealership! First of all the dealership fee just for you to buy from them is $700. I told my salesman that I wasn't in lo I wasn't impressed with this dealership! First of all the dealership fee just for you to buy from them is $700. I told my salesman that I wasn't in love with the vehicle so he asked what he could do to make me love it and I said alloy wheels but he said we have to charge $2000 more for that. Then I asked for an additional key and key faub and that was an additional $250. Well I was in a pinch so I purchased the vehicle and I wish I hadn't. The car didn't even require a programmable key that he sold me so I asked for a refund and now 2 months later, still no refund! No one will even return my voice mail messages. More

My salesperson Rex Hastings suggested that I could get a referral fee and he would take care of it. It was his idea since I knew nothing of the program. He said he put it in the mail and now three weeks later still have not heard anything. He does not respond to my emails now. Other than that my experience with the Finance Dept and Service were excellent. This is my third vehicle from Scott Clark Toyota. More
