After having an awful experience at Keffer Hyundai just down the street, I was pretty upset and felt like I wasn't going to find a car. I had never been to Scott Clark before but given that it was right down the road, I wanted to give it a try. Right when I walked in the door, I was greeted by Jason Lyles and he immediately made me feel comfortable. It was nice that he actually spoke to me like a person and not like a typical "slimy/aggressive sales guy." Jason asked me a few questions and asked if I would be interested in seeing some of the new RAV4's. He took all of my preferences into consideration and pulled out this BEAUTIFUL silver RAV4. It had everything I wanted. Jason kept my budget top of mind as well and worked with his finance team to get within my budget. He and his GM Jim Cline came over to me and were able to break down each line item on the price sheet to make sure I fully understood what I was paying for. I appreciated that they took that extra 10 minutes to make sure I felt comfortable. I highly recommend Jason and Scott Clark Toyota. They go above and beyond to talk to you like your family and explain to you the breakdown of your payments and what options you have. More

Jimmy Cline (General Sales Manager) is a good friend and great guy. Wanting to give me the best care in my search for the right truck, he handed me over to his trusted salesman, Travis Wilson, who is also a great guy. They found me the exact truck I needed. We have three little boys and another on the way, so we needed a truck that would not only take me hunting & work on the farm, but also legally seat six people. There is only one model that can do that; the Tundra SR w/ a folding console in the front seat. They found the only truck that would work, in the color I wanted (black), and had it delivered to the dealership (Scott Clark's Toyota). They went above and beyond by putting some special touches on the truck just for me. Jimmy Cline has a huge heart and is always a pleasure to deal with. Travis Wilson was extremely kind and patient, and super accommodating of the unique needs and desires of our family. Both of these men were great to deal with and I'd highly recommend them to anybody looking for a new vehicle. More

Then I showed up at the busiest time of day (lunchtime) 30 minutes earlier than my appointment. Pete always greets me with a smile and takes me in stride. He worked my vehicle right in & got me out still in a very timely manner. That kind of service is what keeps me coming back to Scott Clark Toyota! More

Mike was very knowledgeable and honest in regard to the additional coverages we would need on our vehicle. He also had several payment options to choose from. We felt as though we were sitting with someone we have known for years. George Smith went above and beyond for us when the car was in the service department. He was such a pleasant man to speak to and very helpful. I wo uld highly recommend you ask for these gentlemen when purchasing a vehicle from Scott Clark. These two are the reason I would return to the dealer. My sales person ( Dennis Mahone) on the other hand was none of the above. He gave us incorrect information regarding the so called "Shuttle" that they offer and my car sat for 4 days at the dealer as I was unable to pick it up. His response to me was that he had a taken a day off and had not had one in 2 weeks and that he "forgot" we lived in Concord. Never even tried to make arrangements so that we could have our car. He was our best friend when purchasing the car but when we needed him he was no where to be found and did nothing to correct the issue at hand. I would not recommend Dennis Mahone to anyone. More

The service took a little more time than I expected but that was apparently caused by the sheer number of service customers. The up side is the comfortable waiting area and its offered amenities.
