Archie Newton Brought our Highlander in for service on 1/20/2016 after calling Archie to find out if they had time to do it that afternoon. Awesome experience with Jason! I had THE BEST experience at Scott Clark yesterday! After having an awful experience at Keffer Hyundai just down the street, I was pretty upset and fe I had THE BEST experience at Scott Clark yesterday! After having an awful experience at Keffer Hyundai just down the street, I was pretty upset and felt like I wasn't going to find a car. I had never been to Scott Clark before but given that it was right down the road, I wanted to give it a try. Right when I walked in the door, I was greeted by Jason Lyles and he immediately made me feel comfortable. It was nice that he actually spoke to me like a person and not like a typical "slimy/aggressive sales guy." Jason asked me a few questions and asked if I would be interested in seeing some of the new RAV4's. He took all of my preferences into consideration and pulled out this BEAUTIFUL silver RAV4. It had everything I wanted. Jason kept my budget top of mind as well and worked with his finance team to get within my budget. He and his GM Jim Cline came over to me and were able to break down each line item on the price sheet to make sure I fully understood what I was paying for. I appreciated that they took that extra 10 minutes to make sure I felt comfortable. I highly recommend Jason and Scott Clark Toyota. They go above and beyond to talk to you like your family and explain to you the breakdown of your payments and what options you have. More
