50,000 mile checkup We had used Scott Clark from about 1988 to 2000.for service on our 1987 Corolla. And we purchased our 1994 Camry from them in 1995 and had it serviced until we moved. We came back to Scott Clark and bought our 2011 Venza from in 2013. Our service has always been great. This time I made my appointment on-line in just a few minutes. Upon arriving William Carroll greeted me in the usual professional and friendly manner I have always found at Scott Clark. We reviewed the services to be performed. Upon completion of the service William located me in the lounge and again we reviewed all the maintenance performed. I have always found the service to be excellent at Scott Clark and as such am willing to drive from Gastonia. More

Horrible Service Scott Clark Toyota had a used car on their website that we were interested in. We stopped by on a Saturday and were asked which car we were intereste Scott Clark Toyota had a used car on their website that we were interested in. We stopped by on a Saturday and were asked which car we were interested in. After advising the person at front desk of the specifics, we were advised to have a seat at one of the vacant desks in the main waiting area. After 10 minutes of waiting, a salesperson introduced himself and asked what car we were interested in (note this is the second time we advised the specific information on the car). The person then said he would find out about it and left for 20 minutes. When he returned, he said the car would not be available at the dealership until Wednesday. Total time wasted: at least 30 minutes in the dealership, not including the drive to and from the location. Specific process improvement recommendations for Scott Clark: 1) if you're advertising a car, the implication is that the car is /immediately/ available for sale. If it's not, denote on the site /when/ the car will be available. Don't waste a prospective buyer's time. 2) if your salespeople anticipate taking a long time to find the status of a car (this day in age, why it took at least 20 minutes to find the status is beyond us), at least inform the customer of the expected wait time. We are current Corolla owners and desire to buy another. Unfortunately for Scott Clark, we will be making this purchase elsewhere. The above will also be posted on social media. More

Service that that put money in your pocket. When I arrived at the Service Department I was greeted before shutting off the engine. I asked the technician to give me a minute to unbuckle my seat When I arrived at the Service Department I was greeted before shutting off the engine. I asked the technician to give me a minute to unbuckle my seat belt and he said "take your time. It was the way he said those words that mattered, because it made me feel like he was going to take good care of me and my service needs. When the work was done he brought me the service invoice and handed me the $15.00 off coupon I had submitted during check-in. He said to use it on my next service visit because he had gotten me a 10 percent discount which came to $41.27 off my bill. That was diffidently a high point in my day, saving that much money when I only expected to save a third of that amount. The service did not disappoint either. I would trust all my service needs to Scott Clark Toyota, especially when Wesley Rasmussen is on the job, you should too.. More
