Exceptional Service I have purchased my last 4 Toyota's all at Scott Clark and every one of those cars has gotten 100% of it's service at the dealership. Sound normal.... I have purchased my last 4 Toyota's all at Scott Clark and every one of those cars has gotten 100% of it's service at the dealership. Sound normal....not when you live 46 miles from the dealership and it can take 1 hour to get there. Why do I do it? I get exceptional service from my Service Advisor, Crystal Kush. We communicate as needed by e-mail, text, or live phone call. We co-ordinate appointments, work to be done, and the appropriate follow up. She never oversells but advises me every step of the way regarding what needs to be done to keep my Toyota in top condition for me and my family but also for future trade in value.
