Over sold and won't return calls I purchased my Camery 3 years ago from them and was over sold on all of the extended warranties. I was told I can only use a Toyota dealership if I wa I purchased my Camery 3 years ago from them and was over sold on all of the extended warranties. I was told I can only use a Toyota dealership if I want my coverage to be valid. I have recently moved out of state and went to a new Toyota dealership and they can not seem to find any extended warranties for a VIN number. I have been calling Scott Clark Toyota in Matthews NC for a week now leaving messages at about 6 different numbers. Nobody will answer the phone or call me back. The front desk attendant even wrote down my name and number twice and told me the she was escalating this to the director and still haven't received a response. More

Horrible Experience Tried to purchase a top of the line Highlander, but was told that I had to purchase $2,000 worth of options with it. They said they couldn't order one Tried to purchase a top of the line Highlander, but was told that I had to purchase $2,000 worth of options with it. They said they couldn't order one with what I wanted, but they come from the Toyota manufacturer with the options already installed. This is a bold face lie. After I had enough of being lied to, and was walking out the door, I heard the one salesperson tell the other salesperson that I wasted their time. I have been purchasing vehicles for 25 years and have never been treated this horribly. More
