Pick up time took too long Everything was great until I came to pick up my vehicle. I went in to pay then was sent to the service bay where they had set my keys out for someone Everything was great until I came to pick up my vehicle. Johnnie Fluker did an excellent job showing us the models we were interested in. He explained the differences between the standard, LE, XLE upgrades, took the time to show us how things worked in the different models, and worked with us to get us the car we loved for what we could afford. He made sure to continue to check on us, even with other clients, while we waited for the contract paperwork to be ready. All in all it was a pleasant experience.
