Joey gave me a list of issues to be aware of and asked which ones I wanted to take care of then. I selected the safety package for immediate service and deferred others until I had more time. I am very pleased with the customer interaction by the service manager, Joey, and the speed with which the needed service was completed. The people in the service department are a delight to work with. BTW, I looked at a new Highlander that was on the showroom floor and will consider a trade at sometime next year. More

I drove quite a ways for the purchase of my new Highl I would like to thank the whole team at Scott Clark Toyota for their excellent customer service! I drove quite a ways for the purchase of my new Highlander and it was nothing but exceptional service from start to finish. I dealt with Paul Moore throughout the whole deal. He contacted me after I initiated a chat with the sales team and making the deal over the phone was very quick and easy. I asked many questions along the way and was also given all the information I requested. He kept me updated the entire time and made sure I had all the information I needed to be comfortable with the deal. I also want to think Matt in finance and Abby (I can't remember the name of her position, but she came in after finishing financing and helped get the car set up before I left) as well for their fantastic customer service! Overall I highly recommend Scot Clark Toyota (and Paul. Matt, and Abby) for your next car deal. I know if I ever get another vehicle I will go through them! Thank you! More

Excessive pricing This past week I called Scott Clark to get a price on my rear hatch lifters installed. The price on each hydraulic lift was quoted at $152.00, then I This past week I called Scott Clark to get a price on my rear hatch lifters installed. The price on each hydraulic lift was quoted at $152.00, then I asked what was the hourly rate to install, I was put on hold 3 times and finally the fella told me $900.00 to install the lifters. His tone on the phone was "if you have to ask how much you cannot afford it here"! I went to the Pontiac dealership And the job was $190.00 out the door complete. I have no idea of the SC service quality, service team etc, and probably will never find out as I don't think I can afford them More
