My 2022 Tundra had a recall on the engine. I met with Billy Carroll who assisted me upon arrival to address my vehicle issues, I let him know that Matt the service manager had contacted me abo I met with Billy Carroll who assisted me upon arrival to address my vehicle issues, I let him know that Matt the service manager had contacted me about my vehicle recalls. Billy introduced me to Matt, the manager of service. When I met him, he explained what would happen and provided me the time it would take to complete the work. He had a listening ear to another concern I had about plastic Toyota was using on parts of the seat, which everyone with a 2022 Tundra is aware of. When I picked up my vehicle that issue was taken care of also, to my surprise. I bought the vehicle in Texas but now live in the Carolinas and Scott Clark Toyota will be my go to for service moving forward. All my work was completed in a day and a half. I have so bad experience for the Toyota Clark dealer service department in Matthews. I drive to hwy and my tire pressure sine start flushing and tire pressure display screen show me nothin except go to service department in Matthews. I drive to hwy and my tire pressure sine start flushing and tire pressure display screen show me nothin except go to dealer and check. I stop and check my tire pressure by my self and all is fine. I go to dealer service because i pay extra warranty to my car and I'm so unhappy to hear i need to pay for diagnosis first around 120$ and than pay extra if my warranty don't covered the parts if i need to replay some. I ask can they tell my its free or not before diagnostic and they say NOOO. Of course I'm go away and try to ask seme question to another company, and that gays spend 5 minute to fixt my problem without any penny. I was left from Toyota service with very unpleasant aftertaste after visiting. They push you to bay extra warranty when you bay car and then you understand you pay for nothin!!! Don't recommend anybody to come to this service for any problem except oil changes., More
