High mark ups and aggressive sales tactics I was very disappointed in Scott Clark Toyota. Their prices are much higher than other dealers because they had heavy markups. In the tag next to the window sticker are thousands of dollars worth of completely unnecessary dealer add ons like pin striping paint protectors, etc. Even more disappointing were there aggressive sales tactics like baiting you into giving them your car keys so they can assess your trade in then not readily giving you your keys back until you demand to have them. On the plus side, if you can stomach the above, the dealership had a great selection of cars and a clean, modern, convenient showroom. For that I give them 2 stars instead of 1. More
