After more problems with the used car I bought found out that my AC unit was not working to get back to Scott Toyota. Unfortunately they didn’t wanna cover it with the warranty. I had to pay $2800 out of po that my AC unit was not working to get back to Scott Toyota. Unfortunately they didn’t wanna cover it with the warranty. I had to pay $2800 out of pocket they say that they were going to refund $100 to me for the bill because when I received the bill it was saying $2500 to repair the AC. The shop manager really didn’t try to speak to me but another manager within the service area he spoke to me, tried to show me the difference in the bill as well as the variations to why the bill went from $2500-$2800 again stated that he would give me $100 refund back on the bill which would take a couple weeks as of this time I have still not received that. I also had a we owe you kind ticket ( there version of an IOU) for a radio button to which the sales person Perkins has not called me back about nor has anyone really tried to talk to me about that. If I had it to do all over again I would have done more research. They look down on you for not buying there 600-1000 tires. More
