Excellent Service I walked in without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and I was very promptly greeted by the Ashley (svc advisor), after a technician I walked in without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and I was very promptly greeted by the Ashley (svc advisor), after a technician properly inspected my vehicle, he noticed an oil leak that I wasn't aware of coming from the valve cover. within 1-1/2 hour they got my vehicle serviced, including the oil change, tire rotation, valve cover gasket, PCV valve, and a tire repaired. And that was all done for a fraction of what other locations quoted me for. All I can say is WOW!!......that's what I call "Efficiency" The dealer personnel was very professional and courteous. Excellent Svc Dir. David Blackburn. I can tell that he truly cares about his team. Overall, great dealership. I will definitely service my vehicles there again. More

Billy Carroll in the service department is the best, and has kept me rolling for over 100,000 miles now - this Tundra won't quit and I credit Scott Clark Toyota for keeping it running so well! I feel like the prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent - nobody knows Toyota's like these guys. Couldn't recommend them more highly! More

Worst experience ever was a huge mistake My experience has been horrid so far. This was my first time buying a car and they saw that as a way to rip me off. Don’t trust this dealership as they will screw you over and not make things right. They sold me a used car it then spit all of its oil out the next day. They added several things on to my contract I was unaware of and the failed to disclose several charges with certain options. I am disappointed and disgusted with the character of this dealership, I trusted a name I thought would treat me and my family right, the finance manager John didn’t disclose anything to me or my family, I could’ve bought a 19 for the same money he added on my contract, I’m contacting BBB, yelp, google, and etc.. until something is done, I shouldn’t feel like this about something that’s such a big purchase and is suppose to be fun, John my Finance Manager is no help at all he’s just said he’s trying to cover his own butt, really disgusted, I put 4400$ down and a 850 beacon with 8.99 percent and smartpay that charged me 399$ for a membership fee he never disclosed just like everything else, this is not the end More
