I at the last minute made an 12:45 weekday appointment for a 45k normal maintenance check. My experience was managed by Jamie Procaccini; who displays the qualities of someone I would hire. He explained the end to end process, thoroughly answered my questions and took the time to listen to my "old man" (my words) advice. Additionally, the physical layout of your growing service department makes one (at least me) appreciate the very noticeable complexity and plethora of moving pieces engaged to make what appears to be a smooth running organization that cares about it's staff and customer experiences.. I don't remember the names of the other staff members who were part of my experience, but likewise kudos to them.. More
