Ralph, thank you for taking the time to write your review. However, it’s imperative that we offer clarification on several key items. First, the recall on your 16-year-old, 2003 Corolla was performed over 8 years ago. Furthermore, in the ensuing 8 years and 136,934 miles since the recall was completed, you have performed ZERO services with us on that vehicle and we have received no complaints by you regarding the recall that was completed. Lastly, when you just recently brought it in for us to inspect, we noted that parts affected by the recall were properly bolted and torqued to manufacturer specs. As you will no doubt remember, we took the time to take the door panel off to show you the bolts firsthand. Now you want us to pay for a broken window on a Corolla that is nearly two decades old, that has 241,676 miles on it, indeed, a Corolla that we have not seen for nearly a decade. Sadly, we will not be able to provide assistance. Ultimately, we feel strongly that there are hundreds of more probable causes for this broken window other than a minor recall that was successfully completed almost a decade ago. Worth mentioning that we have taken great care of you in the past on the only other occasion we had to work with you. On your Tacoma recall in 2017, we special ordered the required parts, and you never returned for the work.
